This directory has been created to provide you with a guide to contacts and product information for Airbus Helicopters. In order to conserve paper and support wider distribution, we are delivering this year’s directory on a USB drive. In addition, the electronic version is maintained on our website at http://www.airbushelicoptersinc.com and will be updated throughout the year. In 2014, our collective teams worked hard to improve our support and services and to be better aligned to meet your needs. We recognize there is much more to do, but we hope you have seen the results of these efforts. Some of our 2014 performance improvements include: • On-time delivery of material improved from 86% to 89%. • We increased our overall inventory value by $9M, including low demand items so we are more capable of meeting your material needs from our DFW warehouse. • We have reduced our critical items backorder by 71%, providing you more predictable delivery dates. • Aircraft supported under PBH programs increased by 78%, with parts fill rate at 91% • Our entire customer base flew 886,420 hours with operational availability at 90% • AOG orders were filled within 24 hours 93% of the time. • MRO on-time delivery was 95.9% with an average 23-day turnaround time for main rotor blades and 10 days for avionics. • Average warranty fulfillment time was 1.1 days. • We responded to your technical needs within 24 hours and 78% of your issues were resolved in 5 days or less. • We deployed ORION, our electronic, on-line technical publications. • Your overall satisfaction with our Technical Support was 96%. • Your overall satisfaction with our Training programs was 95%. • We upgraded our Training technology to include deployment of a desktop AS350 B3 VEMD, provided you electronic manuals on tablets, and launched a Learning Management System to help you better schedule your training requirements. • The majority of our customers were visited at least once by either our Technical Representatives and / or Customer Support Managers. 1 In 2015, we are focused on improving our on-time spares delivery (to your requirements) to 95%. We continue to work with you to improve the percentage of planned orders, avoiding “rush” or “AOG” orders, and to put parts in your hands on-time to meet your operational availability requirements. In Q1, we will introduce a new spares discount policy that is designed to provide greater discounts to those of you who maximize your order planning and who utilize our e-commerce tools. We have listened to your request for more clarity and consistency in our pricing. We are revising our pricing structure in order to provide price consistency for similar parts / parts families and to better align prices with market expectations. We continue to make every effort to contain price increases. We will continue to add to our DFW inventory so we can meet your material needs and assure a 24-hour AOG response time. We recognize that high fleet operational availability and lower / controllable direct maintenance costs are critical to your business success. We have much work to do at Airbus Helicopters to better support and improve these key performance indicators. In 2014, we began receiving maintenance and operational data from many of you. In 2015, we are deploying tools that automate this collection and help us prioritize and improve the readiness and cost drivers. We are also developing a HUMS STC for our light and medium helicopters that will enable us to provide you more proactive support. Our training offerings have been expanded and we are preparing for the arrival of the EC145T2 in the U.S. this month. We will offer you maintenance and pilot training, including the Helionix Avionics System and continue to provide you cost effective options to meet your training needs. As we have said in the past, we take great pride in being entrusted with your business and providing you helicopter customer support and services. We know we have to earn your business and are committed to continuous improvement, providing you on-time delivery of material, timely responsiveness to your support needs and working with you to assure the highest levels of aircraft readiness at the most competitive operating costs.
