Order Policies
Our Minimum Opening Order is $200 and our Minimum
Re-Order is $100. All of our products come in case packs which
need to be respected. For any Refused order full freight (to and
from) will be billed to your account.

Regular ground shipments are shipped UPS, FOB
Champlain, NY 12929.
5% FREIGHT CAP for orders over $250 in the U.S.A. With
the exceptions of Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
We always do our best to get backorders to you as soon as possible. Any backorder under $30 will be cancelled.
Chocolate
Our delicious chocolate items are available to ship from Oct to
May (weather permitting), we don’t want these goodies to melt
on route to you.
Claims
Claims for loss or damage must be filed with the freight company by the customer and may not be deducted from invoice.
Check the exterior of your cartons for signs of damage before
accepting them. Contact- UPS 1-800-742-5877. All claims must
be submitted in writing to us within 30 days. FDA regulations
regarding ‘Homeland security and Bio-terrorism’, do not allow
us to accept Returns.
Sampling
Upon request we are happy to offer you free samples to demo in
your store. Let’s face it ‘Sampling Sells’ and we know with our
products when they try it they buy it! For every order you place
you have an allowance of 2% in free samples. If you want to
purchase additional samples we encourage you to do so at 50%
off cost. Sampling will not be included automatically please
request it with your order.

Terms & Conditions
All new accounts will be prepaid by credit card. Cards accepted;
VISA, and MASTERCARD. Credit terms may be requested
after 3 credit card transactions have been completed. A credit application must be submitted with 3 supplier references. Once credit is approved, terms will be NET 30 days. Due to high volume
in shipping we can not accept credit applications September
through December. Minimum eligibility for payment terms is
$1,000 in purchases per year. Past due accounts will be charged
an interest of 1.5% per month and will result in a loss of credit
privileges. NSF Cheques - will incur a $30 service charge. Credit
terms will be immediately revoked. Sales Tax: Customers in the
USA are not subject to tax.
