Taught by experienced early childhood
professionals and certified teachers, BCC’s
College for Kids classes use hands-on
learning to spark curiosity and strengthen
basic skills. Give your child a positive
classroom experience on a college campus,
and opportunities to learn about a variety of
subjects in a fun and stimulating environment. Our dedicated staff escort your child
between all classes, with safety assured. Invest
in your child’s future...send your kid to college
this summer! Lunch is included as part of
the full day registration at no additional charge. Sign your child up for the full day program for a
discounted fee of $199.

Monster Survivor
After being assigned to one of four tribes, students participate in “Survivor”-like competitions. Tribe competitions include a trivia bee,
freaky food contest, mummy wrap, monster
races and other age appropriate tests of courage and survival skills. On the last day, tribes
perform the “monster skits” they have been

Do You Want to be a Cheerleader?
(Ages 7-9)
Learn the skills and techniques necessary
to be a successful cheerleader. Class begins
with a cheer aerobics
warm up followed by
stretches. The basics
of cheerleading – arm
motions, jumping,
tumbling, simple
stunting (thigh
stands), chants and
dancing – are also
covered. A routine
including a cheer
and dance takes place
at the conclusion
of class on Friday.

Discover how to make your own soap using
melt and pour glycerin soap. Activities

The World of Harry Potter
Digital Story Time (Ages 7-9)
Do you love writing and telling stories? Learn
how to make your stories into Digital Stories.
Digitally create your story by importing your
own pictures or other graphics of your choice.
Students also have the opportunity to add music, special effects, and narrate your own story!

Flag Football (Ages 7-9)
Flag football is a fastpaced, non-contact
game played between
teams. Each player
wears a set of flags
and “tackles” are
made by pulling the
flag out of the belt.
All physical contact
is strictly monitored
for the safety of the
players. This course
is centered around skill development on both
offense and defense. Basic fundamentals are
covered including throwing and catching, pass
coverage, running and maneuvering through
a defense. Most importantly, players learn the
importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.

Making Mosaics
Hip Hop
Get ready to make a mess!
Mosaics are designs or
patterns made up of small,
colorful pieces. In this fun
and artsy class, use glass

Have fun, stay fit, and learn new dance steps!
The class is filled with choreographed group
dances set to music from the 80’s, 90’s and

teaching students how to be the “ham” within.
Each student will have a portfolio to take
home at the end of the week.
