AAA AUTO CLUB SOUTH - GROUP MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION FORM
The AAA Auto Club South Group Membership Program is available to companies with a minimum of ten (10) employees.
Classic Membership – The standard dues rate for the first year is $64 for Primary Classic membership. The primary member is the first covered enrollee within a household.
Associate Membership – Eligible family members (associates) can be added to the primary membership at any time. The standard cost is $30 for classic associate membership.
Associate members must have the same type of membership as the primary household member. Eligibility is as follows: the primary member’s spouse and unmarried
dependent children under age 21 (or up to age 25 if a student attending an institution of continuing education), must live in the primary member’s home.
PLAN OPTIONS – SELECT ONE:
Discount Plan- $5 off Classic membership dues for the new primary member and 50% off the regular rate for Classic associate membership(s). The Group Membership Program
discount makes annual dues $59 for the first year of primary membership. An exclusive 50% discount is available for Group Membership employees and current AAA members who
add associate members; the rate is $15 for the first year.
-ORExtended Coverage Plan – 14 months of service for the cost of 12 months of service for the first year only charged at the standard dues rate of $64. Full cost to purchase
associate membership, $30.
*Please note that dues rates are subject to change and all Group Members must reside in the territory serviced by AAA Auto Club South to be enrolled in this program.
SELECT FROM UP TO THREE OPTIONS:
Company-Paid Memberships – The Company will submit the names and amounts due for Group enrollment.
Employee Payroll Deduction – The Company facilitates payroll deduction for up to two consecutive checks
Employee Direct-Paid Memberships – The Company employees may enroll directly with the club
COMPANY ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE: The company must complete the information form in order to participate in the Group Membership Program.
• When enrolling, company employees of a Group Membership Program will be asked to supply name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth.
• Payment for AAA membership can be made by check, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Membership credentials are issued upon receipt of full
payment.
• Within two weeks of enrolling, new group members will receive AAA Membership cards and New Member Kits, which include a full explanation of AAA member benefits.

Effective Date: This agreement shall take effect on the enrollment date signed above and will continue until canceled by either party.
Cancellation: Either party may cancel this agreement at any time by giving the other party thirty (30) days written notice of cancellation.
Membership: Membership will be assigned by AAA Auto Club South based on the individual’s primary residence address. Guided by the above conditions, AAA Auto Club South reserves the right, at
its sole discretion, to refuse membership to, or to cancel the membership of any individual. In such event, AAA shall refund to individual or company, if company-paid, on a prorate basis any payment
made on this agreement.
