The city’s new £37m Cultural Centre will include two
theatre auditoria, library and cinema. The economic impact
is estimated to be £21m per year, creating jobs and
bringing wealth into the region. Opens December 2016.
Chester Northgate is a £300m development of open
shopping streets, parades and squares in the city centre,
delivering a new department store, market hall and
multi-screen cinema, and creating over 1000 jobs.
