Cancellation & Refund Policy There are multiple ways to attend World ATM Congress. Select the category that most accurately describes how you want to participate. Delegate cancellations made until December 31, 2012, will incur a 10% cancellation charge. Cancellations between this date and January 20, 2013, will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after January 20, 2013, and the full registration fee will be payable. Cancellations must be made in writing to register@worldatmcongress.org. Substitutions may be made at any time. Delegate: Open access to all World ATM Congress activities, including conference sessions, educational sessions and workshops in exhibition, exhibition hall, and all networking events.* *The CANSO ATM Dinner & Jane’s ATC Awards, CANSO CEO Conference, and CANSO Global ATM Operations Conference are NOT included in this pass and are separate ticketed events available for purchase through CANSO.
