The Mama Q and La Veranda
Private Dining Room Policies
The following policies are intended to assure that your special
occasion will run smoothly and efficiently. Your reservation
date will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit and the
signed contract, with final menu selections due no later than
2 weeks prior to event.
Deposit
Deposits of $5.00 per person are required to confirm your
specific date. This deposit secures your date and in no way
guarantees pricing for menu entreés. The payment may be made
by cash, check or credit card. Deposits are non-refundable.
Private Dining Rooms
The Mama Q Room requires a minimum of 25 adults and is
available for groups up to 48 people. The La Veranda Room
requires a minimum of 17 adults and seats a maximum of 24.
Room Rental Fees
Caffé Capri does not charge a room rental fee. However, there
are minimums in food and beverage purchases that have to
be met. They are as follows:

Payment
All parties must be on one bill. No separate checks. Tax plus
an 18% service charge will be added. Your deposit will be
deducted from your final bill, if the minimums in food and
beverage have been met. All balances must be paid in full
immediately after the event.
Meal Count Guarantee
Liquor
The sales and service of alcoholic beverages are regulated
by the State of Ohio Liquor Commission. Alcoholic
beverages cannot be brought into the Caffé Capri’s private
dining rooms from outside sources. Cash bars or open bars
are available upon request.

Menus
Meal selections and preliminary number of guests must be
listed on signed contract. Guaranteed number of guests and
final count of meal selections must be received two weeks
prior to event and may not be reduced thereafter. You are
responsible for notifying the Caffé Capri of final guest count
and meal selection count.

for dietary restrictions. Functions using private dining rooms
are required to have a preselected menu. Prices are subject to

This room was built in the memory of the late Jo Anne
Quaranta, who with her husband, Ron Sr., began the
Caffé Capri dream years ago. To many, she was known
as the beloved “Mama Q” and, to this day, her memory
lives on in every ounce of our homemade tomato
sauce, which she prepared daily. The Mama Q Room
seats up to 48 adults at round tables.
The La Veranda Room
Named after the Italian word for patio, our La Veranda Room presents
an intimate setting for parties of 17 to 24 adults. You’ll love the cozy
feeling of this enclosed patio and your special occasion will be one
you won’t soon forget. Seating in the La Veranda Room is at long
tables.
For business meetings, we offer internet access, a podium and
projector screen.

special occasion at a nominal fee.
