CUSTOM QUICK caps – You may choose any cap from pages 3-5, we will ship in 1-2 weeks after
art approval. In most cases they will ship in 5-7 business days. These caps are entered into production
immediatelly, therefore no changes will be made. We recommend that you fax these orders. If you are
using existing art, the order goes into production immediatelly. (If new art is created, the ship date will
start after art has been approved.) Ship dates may be extended when incoming order volume exceeds our
capacity to produce.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The terms specified
herein and on our order form, acknowledgement,
and invoice are the only terms by which DeLONG
sells merchandise. DeLONG does not agree to terms
and conditions stipulated on buyer’s purchase order
or similar documents, correspondence or statements
of policies, unless a written agreement is reached
with a duly authorized officer of DeLONG, stipulating
DeLONG’s acceptance of such terms and conditions.
SPECIAL NOTE: We reserve the right to limit best service
available at time of credit approval to qualified dealers
when necessary. Non-qualified delivery dates are subject
to change without notice.
EFFECTIVE DATES: Prices are effective January 11,
2011. Prices are subject to change without notice, but
in no case are prices valid beyond one year of the
effective date.
CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES: At-once orders
- Cancellation of orders cannot be accepted once the
order has been placed into production. Changes to
orders are available at no charge prior to the order being
placed into production. Once the order is in production,
changes may not be possible. Occasionally changes may

Futures order - Changes and cancellations of a futures
order cannot be accepted more than 7 business days
after the placement of the initial order.
FAX ORDERS: Fax orders must be received by 3:00 p.m.
Central Standard Time to ensure the order is entered
that day. Same day entry does not apply to orders with
new artwork.
FAX ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: At-Once Orders - At
the close of each business day, DeLONG will fax
your acknowledgement to the dedicated fax number
you provide at no charge. Should you require your
acknowledgement sooner than the next morning, just
state that you want a Same Day Fax when your order
is placed. Same Day Faxes are sent at 9:00 a.m., 1:00
p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time at a charge
of $5.00.
Futures Order - At the close of each business
day, DeLONG will fax a receipt of order to the dedicated
fax number you provide. When all lines of the order are
available for production, DeLONG will fax a complete
order acknowledgement. Both the receipt of order and
order acknowledgement are provided at no charge.
FAX SHIPPING NOTICE/INVOICE: At the close of each
business day, DeLONG invoices are prepared and faxed
to the dedicated number you provide. This document
serves as a combined notice of shipment/invoice and
covers all product shipped that day. A duplicate notice
may be faxed to your permanent drop ship at no
additional charge. This service does not alter the terms of
sale or change the date when payment is due.
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE: Shipping, delivery or
quality claims must be made within 10 days after receipt
of merchandise. No merchandise may be returned to
DeLONG without a DeLONG Return Goods Authorization
Number (RGA). In order to obtain an authorization for
return, please call 1-877-820-0916. To facilitate this
process, please have the style, quantity and DeLONG
order number available when you call. All return
requests, with the exception of defective merchandise,
must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
The return authorization number must appear on the
outside of all cartons returned. All merchandise received
without a valid Authorization Number will be refused and
sent back to the customer at their expense. Merchandise
must be laundered before returning. Soiled merchandise
will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer

at their expense.
WARRANTY: All DeLONG products are guaranteed
against defective workmanship or materials. DeLONG
reserves the right to examine merchandise to determine,
in its sole discretion, if the garment is in fact defective
due to workmanship or materials. In-stock adjustments
by dealers on returned or used items are done so at the
dealer’s risk.
SHIPPING: DeLONG ships all merchandise F.O.B. plant
location. DeLONG ships all merchandise via UPS ground
unless otherwise specified by customer. UPS tracers will
be run at no charge if merchandise was not delivered. If
delivery was received as specified, there will be a $10.00
charge for a proof of delivery.
PRICES: All prices are subject to change without
notice. The line item prices shown on the printed
acknowledgement are the only prices honored. Verbal
quotations are only estimates and are not binding.
RETURNED CHECKS AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
DeLONG reserves the right to impose a handling charge
for each returned check or refused shipment.
QUICK PICS: DeLONG QuickPics are intended to
be a general representation of product ordered from
DeLONG Sportswear, Inc. They are not a final proof
of an order. Refer to order acknowledgements for
complete specifications. All DeLONG product carries
a DeLONG logo where permissible under NFHS and
NCAA guidelines.
CATALOG REPRODUCTION: The reproduction, including
internet and WEB Site display, of any DeLONG catalog
or other form of product representation is prohibited by
copyright protection, without the prior written consent of
the company.

entered into production immediately; therefore once you
give us your order, no changes will be made.

COST OF COLLECTION: If the buyer fails to pay
any amount when due, including service charges,
buyer agrees to pay the full amount of any costs or

DeLONG offers credit card sales charged to either Visa,
MasterCard or American Express. Orders are processed
upon authorization by the credit card clearing house. The
credit card is charged within 48 hours of authorization
(excluding weekends and holidays). Generally this is
before the goods are finished. DeLONG charges no
additional handling fee for processing credit card orders.
Interest at the rate of 1.65% per month or the greater
amount allowed by law will be charged to all balances
more than 30 days past due. All of our merchandise
is shipped F.O.B. plant location. Title to all goods rests
with the customer when the merchandise is delivered to
a common carrier consigned to our customer’s specified
shipping address.
