At Kleinburg Heritage Estates, all designs have been reviewed & assessed by a third party Energy Rater (with a Service Organization or HERS Provider). Each design will be built to EXCEED current Energy Star home ratings (EGNH 80) (as per Energy Star guidelines at the time of enrolment). Once the house is completed and just prior to closing, the same independent energy advisor will return to the home to determine the air tightness of the home and model the house’s energy efficiency as built. The home will receive a label that features the home’s Home Energy Rating System (HERS) score that shows its energy efficiency (the lower the score, the better) and projects utility costs. 37. All windows are Energy Star rated, and Energy Star labels are affixed to them. 38. Upgraded AIRMAX / FLOWMAX 2-Zone Heating & Cooling System. Separately controlled Second Floor which is temperature is controlled by a separate Automated Thermostat located on the second floor. All homes are equipped with an HRV - Heat Recovery Ventilator (ducted to second floor system only) which allows fresh filtered air to come into the home, through the heat exchange core, this tempered fresh air is distributed throughout the home through the ductwork, the exhaust ducts collect the stale air and draws it back to the heat exchanger at the same rate as fresh air comes in, after giving up its heat to the incoming air the exhaust air is forced outdoors. 40. Rosehaven Homes has been COMMITTED TO PROVIDING excellent service UNDER THE GUIDELINES OF TARION WARRANTY CORPORATION FOR OVER TWO DECADES, with the following coverage: i. The home is free from defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year. ii. The Purchaser acknowledges that there shall be no reduction in the Purchase Price or credit / supply / pick up for any standard feature listed herein which is omitted at the Purchaser’s request. “Oval” tubs as described above may not be oval in shape and the Purchasers agree to accept tub installed.
