The Website: In the next few months, you’ll see new and exciting things changing on our website and during your online banking experience! First Flight is upgrading its website and online banking system to be more user friendly with more information on the products and services offered. The new system will provide convenient access to secure email, live chat, online loan applications, and online account opening and funding. Some of the biggest differences you’ll notice include changes to the functionality of the site’s homepage are: It’s more than just a brand new look! While the redesigned website will provide a clean new design and fresh look, it will also have an improved navigation, additional online functionality, a library of financial resources, and much, much more! The ability to apply for a loan, join First Flight, or add additional accounts. You can even add KIDDS Plus or Christmas Club accounts! n Live Chat with First Flight Representatives! n The site’s interior page content and top-down navigation links will be further streamlined and we are confident that after the redesign is complete, you’ll agree that First Flight’s website is more member-friendly and convenient than ever! Online Banking System: The upgrade to First Flight’s eBanking system, will bring you a more powerful online banking experience than ever before! The new system will deliver the latest in smart technology to simplify, speed-up, and centralize your financial management task for convenient one-stop, non-stop access. It’s the future of online banking and it’s almost here! The new eBanking suite will give you the ultimate in account access, control, & security! You’ll have access to the following NEW services: Budgeting Tools Check Images n Purchase Rewards n Person to Person Payments n Mobile Applications, including Android® and iPhone® platforms n Mobile Deposit n Mobile Banking n Text Message Banking n iPad Application n n Check your e-mail, your local Financial Center, and First Flight’s Website for more information on the redesign and the eBanking system upgrade! Frequently Asked Questions: What can I expect when I login for the first time to the new eBanking platform? After the upgrade, you will login the first time using your member number and current online banking password. If you do not know your current password, please contact a member service representative for further assistance. Will I have access to the old system? No, once the conversion is made, the old system will no longer be available. However, if you have questions about the new eBanking platform, feel free to call us at 1-800-807-0766 or visit our website to use our new secure chat function. After you are logged in, you’ll be prompted to create a new eBanking user name and answer security questions for your account. Once you’ve done this, you’ll also have the opportunity to set-up your enhanced login security preferences. When we need to confirm your identity, we will send you a one-time access code. You can set-up three different ways to receive this code! Will my current login ID and Password work in the new eBanking platform? Receive your access code via text message by linking an eligible cell phone number n Opt to receive your online banking access code via email n Set-up a landline or cell phone number whereby you can receive an automated call with a your online banking access code Are there new features available? n Once these are set-up, you’ll receive email confirmation from First Flight for your records. You can also choose to view a demo of the new eBanking suite from First Flight’s homepage. Will my bill pay experience be the same? If you are a bill pay user, no worries! Bill Pay payees and scheduled bill payments will be moved over from the old system. We encourage existing bill pay users to access the system and review scheduled payments and payees. Yes! We’ve moved all this information over so your first login will be similar to your old processes. Once you access the system for the first time, you’ll set-up your enhanced login security questions and answers. Yes! First Flight is pleased to announce that the new eBanking system includes financial management tools, check images, text message banking, and person-to-person payments. Are there more changes coming? Yes! First Flight will continue to enhance your eBanking experience by introducing mobile banking, mobile deposit, purchase rewards, check image retrieval, online account opening and funding as well as iPhone® and Android® apps. We’ll send out updates regularly so that you can take advantage of all our eBanking suite offers! eFirstFlight Check Out these NEW Features! FinanceWorks – Take advantage of centralized account management, get organized for tax season (with a seamless integration to QuickBooks!), pay your bills, transfer money from other financial institutions into First Flight, project your balance based upon posted transactions and consumer entered projected transactions, and create and track your spending through a monthly budget and view your overall net worth. Person to Person Payments – If you hate writing checks and carrying cash, you can now pay ANYONE, ANYWHERE by using First Flight’s Person to Person payment system. All you need is their name and mobile phone number or email address to move money from your First Flight account to their account at any other financial institution. You can even schedule recurring payments as well as payments to be sent when you need them! Text Message Banking – Not sure how much is in your checking or savings account? Just text BAL to 454545 and receive your current balance, text LAST to receive your last five transactions to TRANS to transfer funds to your primary account from a pre-designated account source. Other text codes include: BAL ALL- all account balances BAL CHK- balances of all checking accounts n BAL SAV- balances of all savings accounts n STOP- unenroll from the service n HELP send information on the commands, how to use n TRANS (AMT)- transfers money to primary account Coming Soon!
