RESOLUTION A WARDING A JOB ORDER CONTRACT TO F. H. PASCHEN, S. N. NIELSEN & ASSOCIATES, LLC TO COMPLETE SEWER TELEVISING AND LINING Resolution (R)2014-03.06 WHEREAS, the Village of Huntley FY2014 Annual Budget includes $225,000 to continue the Sewer Lining Program; and WHEREAS, during the 2014 budget approval process the Village Board directed staff to obtain quotes for completing the sewer televising, jetting and lining project in the identified target area; and WHEREAS, staff has obtained price quotes through the Cooperative Job Order Contract (JOC) program for televising, jetting and lining of the sewers in the identified target area; and WHEREAS, the Sewer Capital Fund has sufficient funds in the FY2014 budget to complete the Sewer Lining Program. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF HUNTLEY as follows: . SECTION I: The Village Board approves awarding the attached Job Order Contract to F.H. Paschen, S.N. Nielsen & Associates, LLC in the amount of $211,170.50 for televising, jetting and lining 4,692lineal feet of 8" sanitary sewer identified in the target area and televising 1,235 lineal feet of 12" storm sewer from Union Special to IL Route 4 7. SECTION II: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as provided by law.
