Our controlled oxygen workstations precisely replicate low-oxygen 'in vivo' physiology to offer the ideal research platform for cell biologists and cancer researchers. Innovative Gas Mixing Technology The Ruskinn advanced gas mixing system comes standard on all Invivo2 workstations. Its touch screen simplifies the calibration process, provides rapid equalization, and facilitates the download of data. ·· Controls O2 from 0.0% to 20.9% in 0.1% increments. ·· Controls CO2 from 0.0% to 30.0% in 0.1% increments. ·· Automatically calibrates O2 sensor through screen control. ·· Allows hypoxic cycling, facilitating up to 4 different O2 and CO2 concentrations through a user-defined sequence of time. A researcher at The Wales Heart Research Institute accesses the Invivo2 400. The workstation simulates the in-body oxygen environment of blood vessels to aid their research on vascular performance and the differences between healthy and diseased blood vessels. Gas Mixer Q Direct Access with Minimal Disruption Maintaining a stable environment can reduce stress in cells and help ensure that your cell or tissue culture is expressing correctly. In a CO2 incubator, variability in temperature and CO2 levels occur every time the door is opened. With Invivo2 workstations, you can get in and out of the incubated work area with no disruption to the internally controlled atmosphere. This means less stress on your cells.
