From small beginnings in 1975, Trojan Plastics has become
one of the largest manufacturers of acrylic baths in Europe,
with a reputation for manufacturing high quality products.
As a company we continually invest in new designs, plant and
equipment in order to keep moving forward in an ever evolving
and fiercely dynamic and competitive global market.
At all levels of our organisation, we remain the forerunners of our
industry. We set the standard in bath manufacturing both within
the UK and overseas. Our products are manufactured to a high
standard and specification, always at a competitive price.
Each person within our customers’ organisation is paramount
to us. We have a responsibility to show every customer our core
strengths, educate them on our products and demonstrate our
manufacturing ability. We are confident that we are the number

UK Heritage
Acrylic
Rest assured if you choose a Trojan Plastics bath you will
have bought a quality product that has been manufactured
entirely in the UK.
Sanitary grade cell cast acrylic sheet has many positive
attributes which make it ideal for manufacturing baths.
Acrylic allows itself to be moulded into many shapes,
enabling our in-house design team to create products that
are ergonomically conscious and reflective of market trends.
Our 11 acre site in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, includes three
separate bath manufacturing factories, each one designed for
a specific manufacturing purpose, including a specialist factory
that manufactures our Trojancast baths. By keeping each of
these factories separate we can be confident that each and
every product made is manufactured to a high standard with
no compromises.
Acrylic is warm to touch and retains the water’s heat thanks
to its natural insulating properties, enabling you to relax and
unwind for longer. The natural gloss of cast acrylic is not only
a surface finish but is all the way through the acrylic sheet,
resulting in a product that is smooth and so easy to clean.

Since Trojan Plastics was founded in 1975 the philosophy
of the company has remained the same: produce a quality
product using the best possible materials. Our skilled
craftsmen take great pride in their work to ensure you have
the best possible bathing experience. Our obsession with
quality is complemented by our policy of continual investment
in new equipment. This combined approach means we are
now one of the leading bath manufacturers in the world.
All Trojan Plastics baths come with a confident 25 year
guarantee against manufacturing defects. Trojan Plastics
uses only sanitary grade cell cast acrylic sheet in the
manufacturing of its baths. This sheet has been tested and
passed to EN263 / BS7015 by an independent and industry
recognised company, Smithers Rapra. All Trojan Plastics
products carry the CE marking, complying with EU legislation.
Trojan Plastics baths are manufactured, tested and passed
to the European and British Standard (EN198/BS4305) –
giving you complete peace of mind.

At Trojan Plastics, we strongly believe companies have
a responsibility to impact positively on society and
the environment.
We are a member of the Bathroom Manufacturers Association
and have signed up to the Water Label Scheme on our eco
range of products.
We aim to make a difference by ensuring two things. The first
is that our employees can operate and feel comfortable in
a safe and secure workplace. The second is that we maintain
a healthy balance between the economy and our ecosystem.
This voluntary scheme provides comparative information
on water volume usage to help inform consumer purchase
decisions in favour of more water-efficient products.
Manufacturers across the world are helping governments
in the quest to reduce water consumption by producing new,
innovative and technologically advanced bathroom products.
Through investment, training and developing effective internal
processes we endeavor to create a positive, ethical working
environment. Our dedicated, highly skilled team are fully
trained and supported at every step.
The environment is a key concern for Trojan Plastics and
as such, we are constantly working to ensure our impact
on the eco system is as minimal as possible. As well as
on-site recycling facilities, we manufacture products that
will in turn allow consumers to monitor their own impact
on the world’s resources.

A truly relaxing
bathing experience
Our outstanding range of whirlpool baths is designed for
ultimate relaxation and are fitted in-house in a dedicated
building by a specialist team of fitters. They offer the same
exceptional quality you’ve come to expect from Trojan Plastics
with the added features of a relaxing spa experience:
Quality Components
All components of our whirlpool baths are produced by worldrenowned experts in whirlpool design and technology. Water is
drawn from the bath and forced back through jets. The systems
use flexible pipe work, which is smooth, so as not to retain
water, yet strong enough to withstand any sagging.
Each bath is 100% quality assurance checked at every stage
of the whirlpool system being fitted by our fully trained and
approved operators.
System Choice
We offer 6, 8, 10 and 12 jet whirlpool systems as well as a 12
jet airspa system which can be upgraded to include a heated
blower; affording an even longer relaxing experience. The
whirlpool and airspa systems can be combined to provide
the ultimate relaxing experience.
Ambient Options
Aquair offer a range of lighting options to help you create the
perfect environment for relaxing in. Choose from a strip of
chromotherapy lights, which can change colour or be set to a
colour that suits your mood, a single light that changes colour
or a single colour light.
Attention to Detail
Hygienic drainage is crucial to great design. Our pipe work
is shaped and supported to promote maximum system
drainage and minimal water retention. Ozonators are
available for customers wishing to clean the water during use.
A cleaning solution is also available to keep your system in
clean and fresh.
Safety
All our whirlpool systems include ‘child safety suction’,
meaning if any object is caught or pressed against the suction
grill, suction will cease until the obstruction is removed.
Our Aquair systems are available on most of our Trojan Plastics
baths. The following symbols against each bath denote the

Quality assured
Premier finish
All Aquair whirlpool and spa baths are upgraded to
our Premier finish as standard. This means they have
increased levels of reinforcement, so they’re not only
stronger than standard baths but can retain heat for
longer. No other manufacturer offers this as standard.

All baths are 100% quality assurance checked at every stage of production prior to any system
being fitted.

rofessionally fitted
Each bath is 100% quality assurance checked at every
stage of the whirlpool system being fitted by fully
trained and approved operators.
Fully tested & approved
All our baths are factory tested and approved. We test
each one of our whirlpool baths under normal working
conditions for 40 minutes and then a 20 minute
standing period.
Dedicated
service
By choosing an Aquair system on a Trojan Plastics bath,
there is no third party handling. We control the entire
manufacturing process and the fitting of the system
itself. We provide our own dedicated service van to
ensure that we can provide a prompt and professional
aftersales backup.

Trojancast explained
What is Trojancast?
Added Value
Trojancast is a substantial reinforcement process for our acrylic
baths. This reinforcement process results in each bath being
incredibly strong and hard-wearing. This gives the reminiscent
assurance of a cast iron bath but with the natural warmth and
quality of acrylic.
All Trojancast baths come with our luxury fittings pack. In
addition to wall brackets and centre foot & bracket, standard
fittings are upgraded to M12 threads (from M10), 12mm Feet
(from M10 feet), 500mm steel cross sections (from tubular
cradles) and two jacklegs giving front rim support. The
guarantee on the bath is also increased from the standard
25 years to a 30 year guarantee.
The intensive reinforcement processes and final ‘flow coat’
jacket to the entire underside of the bath add strength and
insulating properties. This keeps bath water hotter for longer.
Trojancast is a process applied in a purpose built factory
separate from other production areas. It has been equipped
with the latest technologies and is run by a team of dedicated
and specially trained personnel.
Quality
At each stage of production every bath is checked to ensure
it has reached our exceptionally high standards. Once we’re
confident each bath has met our criteria, a quality assurance
label is stamped and placed on the back of the bath, where it
remains until received by the customer.

our 25 year guarantee.
These visually stunning skirted baths offer generous space
for a luxurious bathing experience and look striking in

double and single ended baths, our skirted baths add a
touch of elegance.

Trojan Plastics is situated in the conservation area of
Milnsbridge, in the small district of Huddersfield, West
Yorkshire, England. Our 11 acre site is nestled in the Colne
Valley, surrounded by a forest, the Huddersfield Narrow Canal
and the River Colne. We not only have a strong sense of the
responsibility to the surrounding area but to the environment
as a whole.
At a local level we are members of the ‘Pennine Pack’ which is
operated by the Green Business Network and offers advice on
environmental best practises with regards to waste reduction
programmes. In addition, Trojan Plastics work closely with
local government and are members of the Environmental
Partnership. This Partnership actively promotes local business
and government to proactively deliver an ongoing carbon
reduction programme. Something we are proud to be a
part of.
We are also looking to introduce hydroelectricity to Trojan
Plastics. This renewable energy source has a considerably
lower output level of the greenhouse gas carbon dioxide
than fossil fuels.
At a national and global level, Trojan Plastics avoids, where
possible, importing raw materials from half way around the
world where there is often little regard for the local or national
environment. The majority of the cardboard packaging
used on our products is manufactured from 100% recycled
board. We also ensure our timber suppliers are FSC certified,
enabling us to be confident that our timber is coming from
sustainable forests.
At every step of the way, we endeavour to be the greenest
