arple Sports Arena Summer Camp for ages 4 thru 13
is located in the Lawrence Park Industrial Center in Broomall, PA and is conveniently located right off I-476.
Our summer camp continues to provide an exciting and enriching experience for all who attend. From laser tag, skating, zip
lining and go karts to rock climbing, water slides and sports, MSA
has it all! We also have theme days that are sure to enhance any
week at camp. Get your children involved and away from the
television and video games, send them to MSA Summer Camp!

DAILY SCHEDULE
Camp will begin on Monday with each child being put into a specific group under a
counselor. Your child will have a very active day with time out for rest periods as needed.
Each group will move from one activity to next throughout the day. We will make every
effort to see that every child has a chance to do each activity during the week.

(April 3rd-during spring break). Must register by March 30th!
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Fees Fees must be paid prior to start of camp.
The fee is non-refundable.
Illness Children exhibiting signs of illness (fever, diarrhea, vomiting, etc.) should
be kept at home. If the child becomes ill while in our care he/she will be brought into
office and a parent will be notified to pick the child up immediately. Please call to
make us aware your child will not be attending this day.
Emergency Treatment When a situation arises where medical care beyond
first aid is required, all expenses will be the parents’ sole responsibility. All
participants are required to have their own health insurance.
Sunscreen Please provide your child with labeled sunscreen if you want this
applied before swim time or outdoor fun.
Drop off and Pick up Procedures Children are dropped off in a carline.
Parents are required to check children in and out every day. If someone other than
the parent is picking up the child, please make us aware and be sure they have I.D.
with them.
Meals We provide a morning & afternoon snack to all campers. Lunch is also
INCLUDED. We will ask if your child has food allergies, and if deemed necessary, we
may ask that you bring food in place of our program.
Discipline Camp Counselor makes use of a discipline policy. Children engaging
in unacceptable or disruptive behavior will be instructed to take a time out or may
not be permitted to do an activity. If a child is dismissed from camp due to behavioral
issues or breaking rules, there will be no refund.
Medication The staff will dispense meds that are needed for behavior modification or for potential allergic reactions only with permission granted by parent.
Attire Please dress child comfortably. Child should have sneakers, sandals, flip
flops or water shoes (for water activities) with them every day. They should also
bring in a swimsuit and towel. Carrying a backpack is a great idea!
Bringing personal property to camp.
• Cell phones, iPads and other electronic equipment are not allowed. (If you want your child to have a cell phone it has to be left at the office.)
• All other personal property must have campers name on each item.
We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items, to include
items that are left over night.
*Please have your child’s name on everything.

MSA Peanut FREE Camp
Please DO NOT send your children to
camp with any type of peanut product.
That would include sandwiches,
candy, crackers and so forth.
With our experience we have found
this is necessary since so many
children have peanut/nut allergies.
