PrePre-sale Ride Tickets will be sold the
weekends of September 12th & 13th
and September 19th & 20th after all
Masses. Tickets will be available in the
Front Office starting September 14th
from 8:00am – 3:00 pm. No tickets
will be sent home with or sold to students. We will only sell directly to
adults. We will also sell tickets out of
one of the Festival Tents at pick-up on
Thursday, September 24th from 2:303:30. Tickets are 4 for $5 and good
anytime during the Festival. Bracelets
are $15 each and good for unlimited
rides on:

Quilt Raffle & Wall Hangiing Quilt Raffle
Two beautiful quilts will be raffled off at the upcoming 2015 Fall FESTIVAL!
FESTIVAL The quilts were
made by our own SSFC Quilters. Purchase tickets for chances to win this full-size quilt
(including two pillow shams) or a stunning handcrafted wall hanging. The picture does not do
this quilt justice...see them at the FESTIVAL!
Tickets will be $2 each or 5 for $5.

A Great Change is Coming

We want to make it easier on everyone
and shorten your time in lines! This
year, you will purchase tickets for your
festival food and drink purchases (soft
drinks and alcohol), we will have a
Ticket Tent set up so you can
purchase your tickets before getting in
line at the Food Tent or Beer Tent!
Don’t worry; there will be plenty of
signs to remind you! Just think...you
won’t have to give out change as a
volunteer, or wait for your change in
line. You can bite into that yummy
Elephant Ear or delicious Pulled Pork
sandwich even faster this year!
For the indoor Friday Fish Dinner and
Saturday Fried Chicken Dinners, Monte
Carlo and Bingo, these areas will be
the same as past years.
These tickets cannot be used for the
amusement rides or for gambling

What is Monte Carlo? Monte Carlo is group of games of chance, which include Black Jack, The Big Wheel Spin, Roulette,
and with your help, we can add OVER and UNDER and Chuck-a-Luck!
CAN YOU DEAL POKER? This is a community favorite AND we make money! Special Training? Yes! We welcome you as
a first timer to volunteer, with a special orientation/training. New Volunteer Training on Wed, Sept. 16th, 6:30-8pm, in
the Rectory Basement (Father Giannini & Fr. Tim’s house).

The Festival CAN NOT be a success without all our WONDERFUL volunteers! Join the Fun and make new friends—all
while helping your parish. If you haven’t signed up yet,
please do it as soon as possible so you can get the spot you

SOCIAL MEDIA BOOTH NEEDS YOUR HELP
Tired of those feather boas and funny glasses taking up space at your
house? No problem, we would be happy to take those off of your hands! The
Social Media Booth Committee is looking for donations of photo booth props
and selfie sticks for our FESTIVAL photo booth! If you have silly hats, glasses,
feather boas, or any other photo booth worthy items, please send them to
the office!
The Dime Toss Game is the
newest game at the FESTIVAL! If you have cups, vases or other
glassware that you would like to donate,
please bring them to the Information
Desk in the narthex. Contact Julianne

Fill Those Jars!!
The always popular “Spin
and Win” booth for the
estival invites you to fill a
jar. Please return your filled
jars as soon as you can. This is one of
the most popular game in the
Children’s Tent Remember... do not
put money or lottery tickets in the jars.

Festival Masses
You can start AND end the Festival right! We have
added TWO On Saturday, September 26, we will
have a special "Early Bird" Life Teen Mass at 4:00
pm, a 5:30 pm regular Mass and a MIDNIGHT
MASS at the close of the FESTIVAL.
Our Sunday masses will remain the same:
7:30 am, 8:45 am & 11:30 am.
Silent Auction
We don’t only have baskets as part of our Silent
Auction, two ADORABLE quilts have been donated. We
also have dolls, Halloween Decorations, Christmas Baskets, Liquor Baskets...Something for EVERYONE! Come
to the FESTIVAL, see and BID on them! Did you know
that the Silent Auction booth brought almost $20,000
last year? We want to do even BETTER this year.
