Each item is meticulously prepared using only the finest and freshest ingredients and artistically displayed. You start by selecting a classic buffet, theme buffet or culinary stations. As with most caterers, our service fees are calculated based on the number of guests attending your event and whether the food is served on plastic ware or china. Delecta charges $25 per hour per staff person. We require a minimum of 60 guests for any event we cater. If you elect to use plastic ware, we offer a different styles.
