As you may remember, Hartford offers big city sophistication blended with
New England charm. Our scenic region is home to a variety of things to do
from many award‐winning theaters to over 100 top‐rated restaurants serving every type of cuisine.
This newsletter details just some of the many special events that are
taking place while you are in town. During your stay, I encourage you to visit
the Wadsworth Atheneum, the country’s oldest public art museum, or take in
a show at the Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts, Hartford Stage or TheaterWorks. If sports is your game… visit the XL Center to watch our Connecticut Whale ice hockey take on the Portland Pirates on February 24. Or
watch the Harlem Globetrotters in action on February 24 and 25.
Remember that you are never more than a few minutes walk or drive to
your next great destination. I hope you enjoy your visit to Hartford and
Connecticut’s capital city. We promise you a memorable experience.
