Upon arrival, load in will take place through
the side doors near the entrance to the garden.
The venue is stuated above The Hare &
Hounds pub.
We have added a shiny new production
office to the backstage area of the venue.
Please respect it, there are a lot of treasured
items in there.
Our Wi:Fi is run on the cloud network.
Unfortunately there is no parking at the
venue but there is on-street parking available
which has a meter that runs until 18:00pm.
PHOTOGR APHY
Bleach is a five minute walk from Brighton
train station. We are fortunate to be in such
a well positioned location.
DRESSING ROOM
There is an artist dressing room located
through the side door of the main room.
It’s a pretty big space so we like bands to
share it and relax here in peace. Of course
they are entitled to relax anywhere in the
venue but a comfy sofa in (relative) peace
is always a plus.
The venue does have in-house
photographers. Their names are Sandie
Levent & Laura Brown. They will always
be on our house list and are both lovely. If
you don’t want to be a part of this then just
let us know but we think its a nice way of
documenting what happens here and will
hopefully form a great archive.
STOR AGE
We do have a secured area for equipment
to be stored. If you wish to leave your
equipment here before or after a show you
are more than welcome but at your own risk.
INVOICING
All payments must be made in cash on the
night, that way we aren’t trying to track down
invoices weeks later and you don’t have to
worry about finding the fee before the show.
FOOD
BLEACH is pleased to be working closely
with La Choza Mexican. Believe us when
we say it’s the best in Brighton amongst the
many currently on offer. We are fortunate
to have one situated below us in The Hare
& Hounds. As part of this link up we can
offer; Soft Corn Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas,
Tostadas or Burrito Bowls, with the filling
of your choice (excluding the pan fried
prawns) for just £5 per head. Check out

VENUE GUESTLIST
At present the live room has a capacity
of 150, we are hoping this will be made
much higher very shortly. Admittance
is strictly 18+ and we do run a challenge
25 policy, so the doormen will be requesting
ID on arrival at the venue. To avoid any
problems at your event, please put on
your promotional material that the event
is strictly 18+. This age restriction applies
to all band members and crew as well,
so please do check when booking bands
that they are 18+ also.
At BLEACH we offer promotion through
all of our social media channels. So please
get us as much relevant information
as possible and notify us of any changes
so we can stay on the same page for any
inquiries etc.
The venue reserves a ten person guestlist
on top of the stated capacity. These names
will be provided to you by a representative
of the venue on the day of the event.
OPENING & CURFEW
We prefer doors to open at 20:00. If you
want to open earlier you will need to let
us know in advance. Our live license
allows us to run music from:
10:00 – 22:30 Sunday to Thursday.
10:00 – Midnight on Friday and Saturday.
We cant have club nights at the moment.

The use of flyposters to promote nights
at BLEACH on the street, bus stops or
on buildings is in breach of The Town
and Country planning Act (Control of
advertisements) Regulations 1992/2007 and
the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
We do not condone illegal fly-posting and
co-operates with the Local Authority in
eliminating it from the vicinity of BLEACH.
Unfortunately we will have to hold the
promoter liable for any costs or losses
suffered as a result of illegal advertising.
