SCREEN IMPRINTING CHARGE
24 PIECE minimum. 1 spot color logo included on 1 panel

72 units- 2 color imprint on 1 panel included.
144 units- up to 4 spot color logo on 2 opposite panels included

Additional panels or colors will be quoted prior to production.

Modify Existing logo design fee – As Quoted.
Second location- Need a number right now to budget? Use $2.00 per unit for

ARTWORK
●
For best results, vector based artwork at actual imprinting size. Imprint areas vary
by umbrella. We have forms to help you.
COLORS
●
Buyer must specify exact PMS color on order in writing. If exact color are not
specified by buyer, CEOgolfshop.com will match colors using buyer's general
instructions. CEOgolfshop.com will not be held responsible for colors on orders
which CEOgolfshop.com has to choose color.
MINIMUM
ORDER
●
Orders/Reorders – 24 pieces new, 12 reorder. Undecorated goods - 1 piece.
Private Label- 144 unit minimum, 90 days production. Includes up to 4 spot
colors on 4 opposite panels, custom embroidery on sheath and strap, custom
medallion on handle ( when applicable)
SHIPMENT of ORDERS

In-Stock Orders – 5-21 working days from approval of art. Sooner if possible.

Reorders-5 working days. Sooner if possible.
BACKORDERS
●
If merchandise is not available, customer will be notified asap. Product may be
advance ordered, with multi-month lead time.
GUARANTEE & WARRANTY
Mfr guarantees its products and embroidery against fabric and manufacturing

defects only. Soiled, worn or torn items are not exchangeable.
CHANGES
●
All changes/corrections/cancellations must be in writing.
SHIPPING

UPS and FedEx. Freight is prepaid and added to invoice unless customer routing
guide is provided with order.

WINDBRELLA FAQ:
Do you stock your own umbrella’s?
Yes, we do. We do not stock every color and style, but we maintain inventory for the most
popular items we sell. We also have access to the manufacturer US warehouse inventory which
is near our HQ. Inventory is cyclical between manufacturer runs. We highly recommend preordering for all critical needs.
Do you perform your own imprinting?
No. All custom work is finished at the manufacturer for optimum quality control and warranty.
What is the delivery time for custom orders?
This varies hugely. Sometimes we can rush a custom order through within days. Custom orders
for private label units are 90 days.
What is the warranty?
Lifetime warranty on nearly all products. The easiest way to reference this is probably, if it’s
over $25, it’s included. Mini’s have a 1 year warranty. Check individual product details in the
online store for the latest information.
What size is the imprint area? It varies by product. 10” wide by 7” tall is typical.
Do you imprint on the top or bottom part of the 2 canopy umbrella?
The bottom. It has the larger and more visible imprint area.
