Amy’s Cheesy Chicken Poofs Cooking Instructions: Mix milk, soup, and ¾ cup cheese in a small mixing bowl. Set aside. Ingredients: 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls Mix cream cheese and butter in a medium-sized mixing bowl until smooth. Add garlic powder, chopped chicken, onion and ½ cup of cheese. Stir well to combine. Add 2 tablespoons milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 1 (10 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup Unroll the crescent rolls. Place a heaping tablespoon of the filling on top of each crescent triangle, then fold so the dough covers the filling. Drizzle a small amount of soup mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Then place the crescent rolls seam-side down in the dish. Drizzle the remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve. Filling Ingredients: ¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded ½ cup milk 4 oz cream cheese 2 tbsp butter, room-temperature ½ tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 2 cups cooked chicken breasts, finely chopped 1 ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded 2 tbsp milk Salt & pepper
