We are excited to announce that the 2nd Euro-Mini-Jam will take place in and around the ruins of ‘Schellenberg Castle’. The castle is situated on a hill in the town of Schellenberg about 1 kilometer from the Austrian boarder, Siwtzerland is about 4 kilometers away. What is the camp theme? The Theme of the Euro-Mini-Jam 2013 in Liechtenstein is: “Dwarfs United – United we Camp” 6 What is Liechtenstein like in the summer? Some random information you might want to know about Liechtenstein in order to arrange your travels: • The temperatures during the summer months can be anywhere between 10 – 35 degrees. A regular summer day is 25 degrees during the day and 15 degrees at night. We cross our fingers for sunny days, but the chances of getting a couple of rainy days are high. • Liechtenstein is a rather expensive country. Please, take that into consideration when budgeting for trips before and after the camp. • Public transport in Liechtenstein is rather good and inex- pensive. Switzerland and Austria are rather easy to reach by public transport. 7 What will the camp be like? The Euro-Mini-Jam is a small and easy-going International camp. The atmosphere will be more like the camps with your local group, rather than what you know from international camps. A lot of the activities are organized as competitions. Most of the competitions will be in international groups. The only exception is the Triathlon. At the Triathlon each country will compete as one in order to take home the Mini-Jam trophy. 8 Camp installation Travel Sat 27. July Dinner Campsite project International patrols formed Sun 28.
