Raeren is situated in the Province of Liège, in the German speaking part.
It’s located next to the German border, between Eupen and Aix-la-Chapelle.
Raeren has ca. 10.500 inhabitants.
Along the Aachener Strasse in Raeren, AD Delhaize and Aldi have an establishment.
The project is situated in the centre of Raeren, along the Hauptstrasse. It has a surface of 600 m² and
a parking lot with 60 parking spaces.
It also has a delivery quay.
