Detailed description
For about 5 years & front extensive experience sourcing these we've been predicting that 32 GTR's were destined to become prized classics and from the latter part of 2014 especially, we've
been watching this unfold. We are seeing the best examples becoming rarer & rarer whilst fetching
increasingly higher prices here in Japan, making it very difficult to buy replacement stock. We
refuse to reduce on the quality of the cars we supply, so in order to successfully buy now, we've
had to increase the prices we pay in order to secure the best stock. We are still offering cars at
lowest possible price we can, in the hope we can continue to supply like-minded enthusiasts for as
long as possible, but time is running out, in our view. 19891991 examples in particular are rising
fast. Now they're possible to import to the US at last, some Americans are fighting each other over
examples of these years, but 99% of the time they're buying junk, as they have little to no
experience in selecting the best cars. It's a no-brainer that prices in other countries will now
continue to rise sharply and eventually our stock replacement costs will become so high, having
Skylines in stock may become prohibitive to some. We will continue to have stock, but make no
mistake - these cars are headed upwards, deservedly so. The R32 GT-R is a playstation
generation cult car and was built by Nissan to show off what it was capable of during the Japanese
bubble economy and it's now become a legend, originally sold only in Japan with a sprinkling of
examples in Australia officially. Many are now dead from neglect, rust, abuse and poor quality
modifications so there are few really nice examples left, even in Japan.
This is a 1989 model. As a 25+ year old car, we wanted to have only the best to offer from our
stock for potential US customers and this example took a very long time to find. This example is
one of the most flawless examples we've been able to source in recent years. It has been
beautifully preserved and subtly improved with top quality upgrades, with little attention paid to

cost. It's been all about quality. From the relative lack of ageing to seats, dash, plastics, paintwork,
engine bay, underside, improved components, etc. it's clear to us this example's lived a very
pampered life indeed. This is one of the best & highest spec. R32 we have had in a very long time.
Power has been improved for enhanced but sensible road use, with particular attention on braking,
handling and response with reliability through the highest quality parts:Stage 3 tuning has been
completed through work by Esprit, based near the Suzuka F1 circuit (http://www.esprit.to). Starting
the Nur Spec (Full N1 internals) engine, Tomei Arms B7660 Turbos (Rated to 600 bhp) were fitted
to provide good response & power. 534cc injectors are fed via a Nismo 280l/h (in tank) fuel pump
& Nismo Fuel Pressure Regulator via a Greddy Fuel Rail & Earls Braided Hoses & AN Fittings
take care of fueling with injectors perfectly matched to the engine spec. to provide all necessary
fueling plus smoothness & ease of starting. Engine control is via an HKS F Con V Pro ECU with
MAP sensors (Mapped by Esprit too of course). A Blitz SBC ID Boost Controller is fitted to allow
increased boost levels (Up to 1.4 bar, after verifying it will run at this level on UK fuel, RK tuning
can do this, or tweak mapping, although that's unlikely to be necessary if running Premium
unleaded) combined with an HKS 1.2mm head gasket. Intake air is via an HKS Racing Chamber &
Racing Suction Intake kit, HKS Intercooler & HKS intercooler hard piping kit. Cooling is enhanced
via an Esprit 24 row oil cooler kit (With Earls hoses, thermostat housing + remote oil filter
housing). To transmit power effectively to the road an OS Giken Twin Plate Clutch has been fitted
along with a Nismo Clutch Slave cylinder, which works precisely in combination with a Mine's short
shift (15%) kit. The front pipe is a Reimax Equal Length front pipe kit (produced specially by 5Zigen with beautiful welding), through an HKS Super turbo muffler which provide a beautiful
sound. Not too loud to affect track-day noise tests, but unrestrictive to allow higher boost to be run
with maximized response from the Mine's turbos. A rare Grid TS Dancer 4WD controller is also
fitted, which allows the user to select & set what isn't usually adjustable on 32's. So as to give
some cooling for the differential too a Fined differential cover is also fitted.For lowering the engine
& transmission's centre of gravity Nismo Engine & Transmission Mounts have been fitted. A
strengthened timing belt & pulley set were fitted at 54,200km. Although some of the engine tuning
parts have been discontinued in recent years, it's clear this car was carefully stored and cared for,
hence why the engine bay is as tidy as shown and in great health. Power is obviously dependent
on boost levels, but from driving it and having 15 years of experience with these, we would rate
this car conservatively at around 500 bhp at 1.4 Bar.
Suspension & Brakes: In keeping with Esprit's focus on improvement for fast road use, handling
has also had much attention on this Skyline GT-R. There's a Cusco Zero Coil over Set, which is
well matched for fast road (& track) use without being crashy or overly hard (Damping should be

set to soft for road use and increased only in small increments for track use, to avoid making the
damping too slow to absorb bumps). A host of Nismo upgrades are also fitted: Front Nismo front
strut Brace, Project Mu rear Strut Brace, Nismo Front Tension Rod Set, Nismo Front Upper Link
Set, Nismo Rear Upper Link Set, Nismo Rear Upper Link Set, Rear Nismo Rear A Arm Set. These
give improved geometry control, especially under higher power. To aid driver control a HICAS
delete kit has also been fitted. Uprated pads are fitted to each corner & a set of Nismo Braided
brake hoses are also included. To further improve brake pedal feel a Brake Master Cylinder
stopper is also installed. We added a Nismo brake reservoir sock too, which finishes the engine
bay nicely. Exterior Cosmetics & Interior: It's very unusual to find any 32 with an Original N1 (wiper
less) rear Window & N1 (Speakerless) parcel shelf. At first we wondered if this might be a Nismo
edition, but it appears not, although it's clear from the coding that these N1 parts were specified
since new. Perhaps the owner wanted Nismo spec, but preferred to (sensibly) have ABS as part of
the specification. In any case the car has full Nismo bodywork spec as follows: Original Nismo side
skirts, Original Nismo bonnet lip, Original Nismo bumper intercooler vents, Original N1 headlight
Set, Nismo replica rear lip spoiler lip. Wheels are Weds Sport SA90 17 x 9.0J wheels with sports
tyres in good condition, combined with a new set of Project Mu Racing Wheel Nuts. A Front
Racing towing eye is also fitted. Seeing the lack of heat that's gone into the brakes, tyres, etc. it's
clear the intentions were there to do trackdays with this car, or at least drive it very quickly from
time to time, but in reality it wasn't used like that, hence the unmarked bodywork, complete lack of
stone chips, etc. There are also Nismo & Tomei rear badges. As usual with all of our 32's we
fitted a set of new Nismo Floor Mats. There is an Carrozzeria 200W CD/Radio fitted too. Steering
wheel includes a rare original Nismo Steering Boss on which an Italvolanti Imola RS Steering
Wheel is mated. Shift knob is a black anodised billet item from Signal Auto. There's a well
positioned Greddy 60mm boost gauge & as this car is set up for speed, a Mine's 320km/h
speedometer. Very unusually there's a rare Nismo Key too. These change hands in Japan (Uncut
when sold or they'd be useless otherwise!) for around £450 upwards when they appear for sale.
Clearly the previous owner cared not about costs, but wanted perfection with his car.
Further Improvements available: Although this car needs nothing added, if wanted there's still
more things the new owner can do to personalise for his own GT-R perfection (We're here to
help!). R32's look particularly good with full Nismo body options (As fitted to this car) but can be
further enhanced too. We can also supply wilder parts like Abflug front and rear carbon diffusers

dealers refuse to supply nowadays. We don't just supply the best cars, but also intend to continue
looking after our customers after sales, as we have done since 1998.
Standard equipment includes: ABS, Hicas 4 wheel steering, Atessa 4WD, Climate Control A/C,
PAS, Central Locking, rear wiper, sports velour seats, etc. This car has evidently been fastidiously
maintained. The engine bay, interior, carpets, indicator stalk, pedal rubbers, oil pressure, etc.- all
indicate low wear and no abuse.
Engine & Test Drive: After careful warming and extensive checks we took this car out to test & can
confirm it drives very well! It's got good smooth power and all signs of a well maintained car.
Excellent oil pressure (4kg/cm2 cold & 2 kg/m2 when warm) at idle shows this is an engine in
good health. Engine has absolutely no signs of wear, it's super smooth too. Clutch (OS Giken
Twin Plate) feels as if it's got plenty of life the gearbox is notably smooth and lacking in any of the
often found signs of synchromesh wear found on these cars. We found no faults to report at all.
Car pulls strongly from just under 3,000 rpm with power climbing all the way through the power
range and is making approximately 400 bhp at 0.9 bar. It's also clearly been beautifully mapped.
Even cold start-up is nice & smooth. The tightness of it's feel, lack of stone chips and care / money
lavished on it suggests this car was used as a weekend toy and has never been on a circuit.
Condition report: Fluids incl. brake fluid have been recently changed, again making it clear that
even when he knew his car would be sold, the previous owner cared well for it till the very end.
Exterior is perfect aside from minor (underside) scratching to the original front lip spoiler. We noted
just a very minor & un-noticable bubble on the dash, close to the nearside vent. Most 32's have
much worse damage to the dash from UV. Please note the HKS F Con V computer is not mounted
visibly (It's shown on the side cover for original ECU). It's actually located behind the carpet so we
removed it to take a picture.
Supplies of good 32's at affordable prices are drying up fast now & prices of top Skyline R32 GTR's in Japan are continuously strengthening. As such our prices will be forced to continue to rise
further in 2015, in line with having to pay increasingly more for top condition replacement stock.
These cars are now firmly on collector's car category and will continue to appreciate.

How the Newera System Works
(1). Starting with your inquiry, we provide a quote or e-mail communication, so that
we are clear on just what you are after. We ask for detailed information from you, so
we can provide an accurate quotation from the beginning. If you are inquiring about a
car from stock, steps (2) and (4) are not required.
(2). When sourcing to order, our quotation is based on your requirements. As long as
your budget is sufficient for the car youre after & the car is likely to be available, we
will be prepared to find the car you order, or better. Remember: even if you budget
too much, it doesnt matter. We operate a system of supplying the best car we can
find, plus a set fee of 900. If we can buy your car for a low price, then you make the
corresponding saving.
(3). When you are ready to proceed, we ask for a deposit (& completed order form, if
applicable). The deposit is usually 1,000. If you want a car worth over 10K OTR,
then the deposit is 1,500. The deposit is fully refundable without question, should
you for any reason need to cancel before a car is bought on your behalf. If you are
reserving a car from stock the deposit is refundable less costs and time incurred
provided you cancel 4 working days before shipment from Japan.
(4). Miguel, our buyer keeps you informed via e-mail periodically whilst searching
for your car. Sometimes it can take weeks, even months to find the right car. In
addition to Miguel attending the major Tokyo auctions daily, we have buyers
searching daily throughout Japan for the car you want. No news simply means we
havent found it yet. We dont buy the first car which comes along. It must meet or
exceed your requirements whilst not costing more than the OTR price we agreed,
though it frequently costs less.
(5). As soon as available, we will e-mail you up to 30 detailed photographs, showing
all aspects of your car. We also include a detailed description. Of course, total OTR
price is known at this stage, so we let you know. Cars are insured from the time
theyre bought, to the time they are completed & collected by you in UK.
(6). Usually, boats are available every 2-3 weeks, from Japan to UK (Southampton).

We arrange for your car to be shipped on the first vessel available. Around the time
the car is shipped, we ask for the second instalment. Typically this is approximately
60% of the cars OTR total cost. Note that the car we supply to you is fully insured at
all times prior to you collecting it.
(7) We arrange booking of the SVA test in advance - shortly after the car departs, so
that the car can be tested as soon as possible upon arrival to UK. We also inform our
UK agent of your full contact details and information on everything which needs doing,
to make sure the car wil be presented in beautiful condition.
(8). Shipping takes 5 weeks. Around 2 weeks before arrival, we ask you for the final
instalment, to cover Import duties, VAT, shipping, UK conversions, testing,
registraton etc.
(9). Before the car arrives, we arrange customs clearance, etc. so the car neednt
spend un-necessary time waiting at the docks upon arrival. It usually takes 3-4 days
for cars to be unloaded and cleared by UK customs.
(10). The car is sent from Southampton to our UK agents premises in Canterbury
aboard a car transporter. Upon arrival there, it is SVA converted, derestricted, SVA
tested & MOTd (If applicable).
All minor cosmetic work required (e.g. bumper scratches) is carried out. The car is
fully valetted just before you collect it.
(11). The car comes with 6 months road tax and is fully registered in your name as
the first UK keeper. If you have a suitable private number plate youd like to go on the
car, we can also arrange this, provided you have a DVLA retention certificate.
