Spicy and peppery, mildly fruity. Crisp and very light. Some citrus and grapefruit notes.
Lemon and ginger aromas. Mildly sweet with some spiciness. Light bodied, medium carbonation.
IPA
Pale orange, grassy, herbal and piney aromas and flavors. Biscuit malt flavor. Medium bodied. Citrusy finish.
The flagship beer of Dogfish Head is citrusy and grassy with some cedar notes as well.
Blueberries, honey and wheat tanginess. Cracker malt, slightly sweet. Light to medium body.
Very sessionable India Pale Ale. Smells of citrus and grains. Plenty of hoppy bitterness, light in body.
Clear copper color. Slight creaminess. Toast, caramel, zesty hops character. Balanced. Dry finish. Great example of this style.
Session IPA
Fresh, woodsy pine, grapefruit and mint aromas. Leafy hop flavors dominate. Grapefruit rind bitterness. Lighter body.
Citrus, pine and tropical fruit flavors the most notable. A honey maltiness helps balance all the hops. Very easy to drink IPA .
Grainy, dark fruit and caramel aromas merge with a light citrus hoppiness. Caramel, toast and biscuity malt flavors.
Floral and grassy hoppiness with bread, grain and cookie maltiness. Slightly spicy. Bitter and dry finish.
Golden with rich maltiness. Spicy hops notes from the almost forgotten and seldom used Record hops.
Brewed using distilled hop oil, very floral and citrusy aroma. Bready, biscuity maltiness. Very drinkable IPA.
Fresh pumpkin, allspice, clove, cinnamon and sugar aromas. The flavor is much the same, good balance between malt flavors
and spices.
Intensely citrusy, bitter IPA. Lemondrop and El Dorado hops combine to bring on a magnificent lemon candy-like flavor.
Cloudy, yellow gold. Abundant clove and banana aromas and flavors with a slight taste of vanilla.
Clove and banana flavors, spicy beer with a slight peppery bite. Very refreshing.
Lemony and grassy with honey and grain flavors. Floral aroma. Refreshing.
A special small batch IPA, tangy and fruity, brewed with fresh apricots.
Bread and cookie malty accents with floral, herbal and spicy hoppiness. Light, soft bodied and very crisp.
