The property will be offered in Three Tracts and in One Entire Unit, selling in the manner realizing the greatest return to Seller. Property sells without Buyer contingency of any kind have your
financial arrangements secured prior to the auction. A 15% non-refundable earnest money deposit shall be due at conclusion of the auction, balance to be paid in certified funds at closing on or
before August 11, 2015. Possession of tracts 2 and 3 shall be granted upon closing, possession of tract 1 shall be granted 14 days after closing. Property transfers by Warranty Deed, an owners’
