Warranty
Genuine Lotus accessories are warranted to be free from defects
in material or workmanship for 12 months from the date of sale. If
genuine Lotus accessories are fitted by an Authorised Lotus Dealer
then Lotus shall also repair or replace any component damaged
by defective genuine Lotus accessories throughout the warranty
period stated above. Participation in any kind of timed competitive
event will invalidate the warranty provided hereunder.
