Winter Exercise Tips If the thought of getting outside to exercise makes you dive under the covers, why not try one of the many indoor workout options? Here are a few ideas to get you started: INTERESTS FIRST Vol. 6, Issue 4 – December 2012 • Walk at an indoor location, like a mall. If you need extra motivation, join a walking group. • Join a health club. This will allow you a large variety of physical activities to choose from every week. • Create a home gym. You can easily set up a great workout routine with just a set of dumbbells, an exercise ball, and a jump rope. • If you have stairs where you live or close by, spend as little as 20 minutes at a time climbing up and down for a very intense and efficient workout. • Get wet. Find a local indoor pool you can use. Try swimming, water aerobics, or even just walking or running laps in the water. • Visit a library. Usually local libraries offer exercise videos you can check out for free. Pick up a new one to try out every time you return the previous video. By staying fit during winter you’ll avoid losing strength and stamina caused from inactivity. www.about.com PRSRT STD US Postage PAID Merrill WI 54452 Permit No 24 CORPORATE OFFICE P.O. Growing up in the area, Pete and Sue thought Wisconsin would make the best home for their business, and FBFC would make the perfect fi nancial partner. In August of 2011, Pete and Sue decided to expand, purchasing the Waukesha franchise. Now their teams service Washington, Waukesha, and Ozaukee Counties, in addition to the North Shore area. FBFC provided the working capital they needed to grow the business. “Tom Stapleton, our commercial lender, made the major business decisions easier for us to make. Working with FBFC was defi nitely the right choice,” stated Sue. Hartford ........................................ Dec. 17 – 21 from 9am – 4pm FBFC Mobile Giving families more time to spend together, and professionals more time to enjoy the fi ner things has always been the goal for Pete and Sue. In addition to a commitment to their clients, they also feel a strong commitment toward their community, volunteering their time to the Menomonee Falls Chamber of Commerce and the organization Cleaning for a Reason, which provides complimentary housecleaning for women going through cancer treatment. Ten years ago, Pete and Sue Peerenboom opened their fi rst franchise of The Maids - a national leader in residential cleaning with 160 franchise locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. The Maids is best known for their bonded and insured four-member teams. These professional cleaners capture 99% of dust, allergens, and pet dander, everywhere from ceiling fans to heating vents. They also clean offices, provide move in/move out cleans, assist families who are selling their homes, and work directly with condominium associations.
