Editorials & Policies • A staff service charge of 20% (minimum $250) will be added to the final invoice. • Saz’s Catering would be delighted to customize a special menu if desired by client. • Linens, props or other decorative enhancements are available for rent by notifying Saz’s Catering. • If you are tax exempt, an exempt certificate must be presented prior to your event. • Menu pricing includes disposable service ware. China, flatware, and glassware are available upon request for an additional fee. •Final guest counts are required 10 working days prior to Summerfest. Final payment is required at this time as well, unless proper credit has been established. • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your event at time of booking. We do not automatically charge a gratuity and leave that to client discretion. • All smoked meats are done in house using Cherry, Apple or Mesquite Woods. Saz’s Pulled BBQ Pork and Pulled BBQ Chicken are certified natural, hormone and antibiotic free. South Picnic Area - $400 (Day)/ $800 (Night) Accommodates up to 80 guests on grassy tented area located near the south entry to the Sky Glider. BMO Harris Pavilion - $2000 (Day)/ $3000 (Night) Accommodates up to 200 guests with a great views of Lake Michigan and performances in the BMO Harris Pavilion.
