The event will take place in Alassio and in Garlenda, two beautiful locations in the wonderful setting of the
Ligurian Riviera. Alassio and Garlenda are midway between Genova and Monaco, near Imperia.
They are easily reachable by A10 highway, Albenga Exit.
Our organisation will provide you with some personalized directions basing on the hotel you will be
accommodated. The hotel assignment will be decided by the event organisers according to the sport and
SPA activities chosen by our guests.

FRIDAY THE 10th OCTOBER
6-7.00 pm - Arrival at hotel accommodations (Grand Hotel di Alassio, La Meridiana Relais and Villa della
Pergola).
7.30 pm -
Transfer to Grand Hotel di Alassio
8.00 pm -
Cocktail & BBQ night on the beach of Grand Hotel Di Alassio. Welcome to participants by
event organisers and technical sponsors.
After dinner transfer to hotel accommodations (La Meridiana Relais & Villa della Pergola).
SATURDAY THE 11th OCTOBER
Breakfast
9.00 am -
Transfer to Garlenda Golf Club for Golf Tournament and Golf Class.
Transfer to Hanbury Tennis Club. SPA available for our guests all day long in Grand Hotel di
Alassio and beauty farm available in La Meridiana Relais.
12.30 am -
Buvette during golf activities at Garlenda Golf Club, light lunch during spa and tennis
activities.
7.00 pm -
Cocktail at La Meridiana Relais.
8.00 pm -
Dinner at La Meridiana Relais. Golf tournament awards, fun & music.
After dinner transfer to hotel accommodations (Grand Hotel di Alassio & Villa della Pergola).
SUNDAY THE 12th OCTOBER
Breakfast
9.00 am -
Spa available at Grand Hotel di Alassio and beauty farm at La Meridiana Relais, tennis
activities available on demand until 12.00 am.
1.00 pm -
Lunch and Arrivederci at Grand Hotel Alassio.
All services provided by hotel accommodations will be available for our guests all day long.

Please be informed that the following services are offered by the event promoters and sponsors:
Golf Tournament, Golf Class and tennis activities.
2 night overstay at Grand Hotel Alassio, La Meridiana Relais & Chateaux or Villa Della Pergola.
SPA Entrance at Grand Hotel Alassio* and beauty centre in La Meridiana Relais.
Breakfast, lunches, cocktails & dinners as per the above listed program.
Transfers among all the locations of the event.
Lamborghini courtesy car service operated by Prestige Cars.
Baby sitter service on Saturday.
* One free treatment will be offered to our guests choosing SPA activities both in Grand Hotel di
Alassio and La Meridiana Relais. We suggest you to pre-book your treatment before your arrival,
please ask to Alessia and Benedetta for availabilities and/or further details.
In the event package are excluded:
Car parking at the hotel.
