No refund will be granted to client who is not at the place of departure at the
time scheduled and to who lose contact with the guide or who do not complete
the tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% charge for cancellation within 48h before the date of the tour.
REDUCTIONS:
Infant 0-3 years old, free. Child from 4 to12 years 50% reduction.
No other reduction.
- “The Leaning Tower and Pisa” tour, children from 0 to 7,99 years are not
allowed; from 8 to 12 years 50% reduction.
- Cooking classes: 0-3 free. No other reduction.
- “ Italian Opera” 0/10 free
Our regular tours can be with multilingual guide and/or tour escort.
In case of acts of force majeure (strikes, road conditions, weather…) Albatravel
may modify the itinerary maintaining the duration and quality of the service.
FOR SMART PISA TOUR/ LEANING TOWER & PISA/ PISA & LUCCA TOUR: The
entrance to Pisa Cathedral is subject to availability. In case of no availability the
entrance to the Cathedral will be replaced by the visit to Piazza dei Cavalieri.
FOR 5 TERRE TOUR:
At the moment the entrance to the Path of Love is not guaranteed since the
case there will be no entrance to the path, the itinerary will include a longer
trip by boat to compensate the path of love cost. Please note that in case of bad
weather the boat service will be suspended and the itinerary could be modify.
