The idea
Founded in 2009, MySwissChoco.com was created by the idea and the will of its owner Sandro
Glaus, with the purpose to offer a high-quality product, 100% customized and typical of Swiss.
Our key strength
Our customer can create his own 100% Swiss chocolate product, handcrafted, selecting
different kind of flavors, ingredients, size and packaging.
Our ice cream maintains the characteristic of italian culture of gelato with the property of Swiss
chocolate, by combining two benefits: kwon-how and raw material quality.
Furthermore, Myswisschoco gives peculiar attention at the coffee culture, proposing different
blends of coffee and possible connections and combinations with chocolate.
Swiss Chocolate
Our Chocolate (Milk, Dark, White and Caramel) is exclusively produced in Switzerland and our
products are the result of a careful and accurate selection. Indeed, some of our kind of chocolate have been awarded with major world awards (For example, 65% Grand Cru Maracaibo Nominated Best Chocolate World 2004).

We are achieving gadgets, t-shirts, cups and other items based on tales about Swissy
and new characters in an imaginary swiss-world.

Chocolate
The customers have the option to choose from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 5 different
coffee blends; they may taste at the shop or take-away, and purchase the coffee mixture for domestic use. Furthermore, the possibility to combine coffee and chocolate in numerous variants,
makes the product even more unique and customizable.

(A) 5.5 % of net sales for each store
(B) a minimum monthly royalties fee agreed between the Franchisor and Master
Franchisee.

Master Franchisee will have to recognize to Franchisor a Marketing Service Fee for Services Marketing:
(A) one percent (1%) of net sales
(B) a minimum monthly amount (Marketing Service Fee) agreed between
the Franchisor and Master FranchiseeThe Master Franchisee shall pay the
Marketing Service Fee each
NOTE:
The monthly turnover has been calculated on a POS of 60/70sqm. with direct production in a Lab;
it’s based on a restricted selection of products.
The investment will be calculated considering the customer base and the purchasing power
of each country. The entrance fee will be assessed in relation to these data.
