17 Days / 16 Nights
DAY 1: Cairo
Arrival at Cairo Airport. We begin our tour in Coptic Cairo, the home of the Christians of
ancient Egypt. Lunch, with the simple and delicious local cuisine.
In the afternoon we will visit the Citadel of Saladin, crowned by the Mosque of Muhammad
Ali, with spectacular views over Cairo. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 2: Cairo
On our second day in the city of a thousand minarets we will admire the wonders of the
Museum of Egyptian Antiquities on Tahrir Square. Among the treasures awaiting us are the
collection from the tomb of Tutankhamun and the awe-inspiring mummies of Ramesses II
and Hatshepsut.
After lunch we will visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the pyramids of Giza.
Back to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.
DAYS 3+4+5+6: Nile Cruise
We will fly to Aswan to begin our cruise along the Nile. A four-day journey through riverside
temples and sites such as Philae, Kom Ombo with its museum of mummified sacred
crocodiles, and the monumental temple of Edfu.
Taking rides on feluccas, the traditional sailing boats which still grace the waters of the Nile,
and enchanted by the scent of aquatic plants, the journey takes us to Luxor.
On arrival we will visit the Theban Necropolis, with its Valley of the Kings and Valley of
the Queens, to see the tombs, decorated with paintings that still glow with colour after
thousands of years.
The Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut is another attraction at this stop. Transfer to
Luxor airport and flight back to Cairo.
DAY 7: Alexandría
Breakfast in the hotel and transfer to Alexandria.
A wonderful day surrounded by ancient history. We will visit the Qaitbay Citadel, the famous
Library of Alexandria, the Catacombs of Kom al-Shoqafa and Montaza Palace.
After the visit we will go back to Cairo.
DAY 8: Sharm El-Sheikh
After breakfast in the hotel we will set off for Sharm el-Sheikh.
Arrival and transfer to the hotel.

DAY 9: Sharm El-Sheikh / Saint Catherine
Today we will visit Saint Catherine’s Monastery, built where Moses is traditionally said to
have seen the Burning Bush. This is one of the world’s oldest working monasteries.
Lunch in a local restaurant. Transfer to the hotel.
DAY 10: Saint Catherine / Taba
We will start out early to climb Mount Sinai, the place where Moses received the Ten
Commandments.
We will cross the Israeli border at Taba and continue to the lowest-lying place on Earth, the
Dead Sea, 400 metres below sea level.
Free time for bathing. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 11: Masada / Qumran / Tel Aviv
We start the day by heading to Masada, the last Jewish stronghold in the rebellion against
Rome. We will take the cable car up to the imposing fortress, with ruins from the time of the
Herodian dynasty and the Zealots.
We continue to Qumram where the Dead Sea scrolls were discovered, to end the day in the
city of Tel Aviv.
DAY 12: Tel Aviv / Caesarea Maritima / Haifa / Acre
We will visit Tel Aviv and its main sights, and then continue our journey along the coast. This
brings us to Haifa, with its temple and Persian gardens.
In Acre, the crusaders’ capital, we will see the medieval fortifications. Dinner and
accommodation in Galilee.
DAY 13: Galilee
We will visit the Mount of Beatitudes, site of the Sermon on the Mount.
We continue to Tabgha, the site of the multiplication of the loaves and fishes, the Church of
the Primacy of St. Peter where St. Peter was confirmed, and Capernaum, where we will visit
the former synagogue where Jesus preached and the house of Simon Peter.
Boat ride on the Sea of Galilee.
After a stop on the bank of the Jordan we will return to the hotel.
DAY 14: Galilee / Nazareth / Jericho / Jerusalem
Arrival at Nazareth, the childhood home of Jesus, where we will visit the Church of the
Annunciation and the workshop of Saint Joseph.
We will cross the Judaean Desert and the Valley of Jericho, finally coming to the city of
Jerusalem.
DAY 15: Jerusalem
Breakfast in the hotel and tour of Jerusalem.

Our first stop is Mount Scopus and its sweeping view of the city. On the Mount of Olives
we will see the Chapel of the Ascension, the Church of All Nations and the Garden of
Gethsemane. We will walk along the Via Dolorosa to Mount Calvary and the Church of the
Holy Sepulchre and Resurrection.
In the afternoon we will visit Mount Zion, with King David’s Tomb, the Benedictine Abbey of
the Dormition and the Cenacle (room of the Last Supper).
DAY 16: Jerusalem / Wailing wall / Bethlehem
On the last day of the trip we will go to the remarkable Wailing Wall and then Bethlehem and
the Church of the Nativity.
DAY 17: Jerusalem / Return flight
Breakfast and transfer to the airport for the return flight home.

DAY 1: Casablanca
Arrival at Mohammed V International Airport, Casablanca, where our guide will help us
transfer to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation. DAY 2: Casablanca / Marrakesh
After breakfast, a sightseeing tour of Casablanca, Morocco’s financial capital and most
populous city. We will see the Boulevard Anfa, United Nations Square and the residential
neighbourhoods.
We will also visit the Hassan II Mosque, second only to Mecca in size and importance. Travel
to Marrakesh.
DAY 3: Marrakesh
We will visit the city in the morning. Our first stop is Koutoubia, a mosque which is the twin to
the Giralda of Seville in Spain.
We will see the Saadian Tombs and the Bahia Palace, and stroll around its Medina, the souk
and the magical Jemaa el-Fnaa square. In the evening, dinner and a show at Chez Alí.
DAY 4: Marrakesh / Essaouira
After breakfast we set out for Essaouira, a former Portuguese colony, also known as
Mogador. We will visit its unique Medina, the Sqala or fortress of the Kasbah, and Place
Moulay Hassan.
Dinner, with the magnificent local cuisine and fish dishes. Accommodation.
DAY 5: Essaouira / Agadir
After breakfast we travel to Agadir, a member of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World Club.
We will visit the town, with a free afternoon for going to the beach or other activities. Dinner
and accommodation.
DAY 6: Agadir / Ait Ben Haddou / Ouarzazate
We return to our route, crossing the Atlas Mountains, with impressive views, to reach Ait
Benhaddou and visit its Kasbah, undoubtedly the most beautiful of all of them.
Arrival, dinner and accommodation.
DAY 7: Ouarzazate / Merzouga
After breakfast we visit Ouarzazate, and then set off for Merzouga. The valleys full of palm
trees will make our journey a delight.
When we reach Merzouga the road disappears and sand dunes mark the horizon. Tea to
welcome us as we enjoy the sun setting behind the dunes.
Dinner and accommodation in the Sahara.

DAY 8: Merzouga / Ifrane / Fez
We will get up early to see the sun rise over the Sahara. While our breakfast is being
prepared, optional camel ride. We then set off for Ifrane.
Arrival and sightseeing tour of the city. Overnight stay in Fez.
DAY 9: Fez
A visit to Fez (or Fes), the oldest of the Imperial cities. Enjoy the seven doors of the Royal
Palace, the Mellah or Jewish quarter, and the tanneries. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 10: Fez / Meknes / Rabat / Casablanca
The last leg of our journey brings us to Meknes, a town encircled by 40 km of walls.
We will admire the Bab Mansour gate, the most beautiful in Morocco. And in the capital,
Rabat, we will see the Royal Palace, and then enjoy a free afternoon until dinner.
DAY 11: Casablanca
After breakfast, transfer to Casablanca Airport. End of the tour.

DAY 1: Moscow
Flight to Moscow Airport and transfer to the hotel.
DAY 2: Moscow
Free morning in Moscow. Time to relax before lunch. In the afternoon we will discover what
is hidden underground in Moscow. A work of art in an unexpected place… the Metro.
DAY 3: Moscow
After breakfast in the hotel, it’s time for a sightseeing tour of the city. Stately avenues lined
with majestic buildings in different architectural styles, the imposing Red Square and St.
Basil’s Cathedral, and the building of the State Historical Museum.
In the evening we will enjoy a show by the Moscow State Circus, of long tradition and with a
particular aesthetic appeal, as well as impressive acts.
DAY 4: Moscow / St. Petersburg
After breakfast in the hotel we will visit the Kremlin, home of the government of Russia. The
oldest square in Moscow, Cathedral Square, is also in the Kremlin. The Ivan the Great Bell
Tower, the Cathedral of the Archangel, the Cathedral of the Annunciation and the Church
of the Twelve Apostles surround this beautiful square. Lunch in the KGB restaurant. In the
afternoon we will take a high-speed train to St. Petersburg.
DAY 5: St. Petersburg
Get ready to enjoy the most beautiful city in all of Russia. A sightseeing tour of the city will let
us drink in the elegance and imperial glamour of the former capital of the Czars.
The story of the Romanov dynasty, the revolution and the mysterious Rasputin will
accompany our tour of the city they call “the Venice of the North” for its light and its canals.
In the afternoon we will visit PUSHKIN and the Catherine Palace, the country residence of
the Czars of Russia.
DAY 6: St. Petersburg
After breakfast in the hotel, we will visit the Hermitage Museum. Nearly three million works
of art in 400 rooms make this one of the largest and most famous art galleries in the world.
Free afternoon and dinner with a Russian folk dance show.
DAY 7: St. Petersburg
After breakfast in the hotel we will visit the Yusupov Palace on the River Moika. The palace
is also famous as the site of the murder of Rasputin, a Russian mystic known as the Mad
Monk, who was very influential in the last days of the Romanov dynasty.
DAY 8: St. Petersburg
Transfer to the airport and return flight home.

DAY 1: Spain / Beijing / Xi´an
Flight to Beijing Capital International Airport. Reception to help with the transfer to take
the flight to Xi’an. Arrival in Xi’an, the former capital of China, a 3,000 year old city, the only
walled capital in China and the starting point of the famous Silk Road.
DAY 2: Xi´an
Today we will visit the famous Museum of Terracotta Warriors and Horses, holding more
than 6,000 life-size figures representing a great army of warriors, horses and chariots with
guarded the tomb of Emperor Qin Shi Huang. Lunch and then we visit a jade workshop to
see marvellous craftsmanship made from China’s national stone.
In the evening, we leave the hotel to enjoy the Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show with a
traditional Chinese dinner.
DAY 3: Xi´an / Beijing
In the morning, transfer to the airport for the flight to Beijing, capital of the People’s Republic
of China. In the afternoon we will visit Beijing Old Town.
We will go to this district, known for its hutongs… on tricycles! There we will have an
unforgettable experience mingling with the people and visiting local families.
DAY 4: Beijing / The Great Wall
The ultimate must-see. No trip to China is complete without a visit to the Great Wall of
China. This huge and spectacular construction goes back more than 2,000 years. When we
arrive, we will enjoy the mysterious and mesmerising Lion Dance.
Later we will have lacquered duck for dinner and stroll in the pedestrianised Qianmen Street,
once the centre of Beijing’s commerce.
DAY 5: Beijing / The forbidden city
After breakfast, transfer to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. This is the world’s
largest public square and the site where Chairman Mao proclaimed the founding of the
People’s Republic of China.
The Forbidden City is the largest and best-preserved complex of traditional buildings and
palaces anywhere in the world. It was the home of the imperial Ming and Qing dynasties. In
the afternoon, a tai chi class next to the Temple of Heaven.
DAY 6: Beijing
We will visit the Summer Palace, set in a vast park of nearly 300 hectares on the shore of
Kunming Lake and next to Longevity Hill.
We will take a boat ride on the lake. The afternoon is free time for relaxing.
DAY 7: Beijing / Silk Market / Return flight
Transfer to the Silk Market, a maze of stands and shops where you can find practically
anything, a good place to buy souvenirs of this unforgettable trip to ancestral China.
Lunch and transfer to the airport for the return flight home.
