Fuzion’s state-of-the-art cooking platform is one of the most environmentally friendly

use any grease or put any grease-laden fumes into the air. Our food is 100% trans-fat

ABOUT THE TEAM
Fuzion Food Group is an experienced team of restaurant and foodservice professionals
committed to helping our clients fulfill their vision of a dynamic and profitable food and
beverage operation within their existing business.
Prior to founding Fuzion Food Group, members of the Management Team founded and
grew Orion Food Systems into one of the largest multi-branded foodservice companies
in the country. By focusing on non-traditional channels, the company expanded to
over 2,200 locations worldwide and $250 million in retail sales.
Collectively, the Fuzion Team was instrumental in the development and opening of
exciting and popular brands such as Rainforest Cafe, Bennigan’s, Steak & Ale, Hot
Stuff Pizza, B.B. Kings, and Mean Gene Burgers.
The Team has also helped lead proprietary menu and operational development for
