The workshop will be held at Thon Hotel Ski, which is also where we have reserved
rooms for participants (reduced rate). The hotel is a modern hotel with WLAN.
Please note that the rooms cannot be guaranteed after 1 March. More information

Registration information
The registration fee is NOK 5.600 (appr. 700 Euro, 15.12.08: 1 Euro = NOK 8), and
includes access to all workshop sessions, course material, coffee breaks and meals
(3 lunches and 2 dinners). The social programme includes a gastronomical workshop
at Matforsk as well as sightseeing and dinner at Norsk Folkemuseum in Oslo.
Please register to the workshop and reserve your accommodation on the
registration form by 1 March.

The location of the meeting will be Ski, at Thon Hotel Ski.
Transportation information: Ski is located about 1 hour with bus or train from Oslo
Airport Gardermoen. There is a direct airport coach from Oslo Airport Gardermoen
to Ski leaving every hour. Another possible transport is airport train from Oslo
Airport Gardermoen to Oslo and then local train to Ski. The time distance between
Ski railway station and Oslo railway station is 20 minutes. The hotel is only 2 minutes
walking distance from Ski railway station.
