Increase efficiency with Autofile folders from Inland.
Autofile folders are an easy way to maintain hard copies of
all warranty repairs for each vehicle. These folders give the
service director and factory representatives easy access to
all information when resolving disputes with customers.
It’s also a great way to show the complete service records of a
vehicle to a prospective buyer. Ringbook sheets are packaged
240 for numeric labels or 270 labels per pack for year and
alphabetic labels. Labels are packaged 500 per roll.

Overruns / Underruns
To ensure quality on all job runs, a shipment
of 10% over or under the quantity ordered may
result. These over or under runs will be billed
accordingly. Numbered items will ship exact
quantity.

Ink Colors
Our standard ink colors for most products
are: Black, Red, Green, Reflex Blue, Process
Blue, Brown and Bordeaux. Other colors are
available at an additional charge. For critical
color matches or PMS colors, please call for a
custom quote.
Proof & Art Charges
Our design and layout is always done to
customer specifications. If you will be
providing your own artwork, contact your sales
representative for information about correct
file setup. Incorrect files may delay production
and incur prep charges. We accept files from
the following programs: InDesign, Illustrator
and Photoshop (version CS5 and below). Files
created in other programs (such as Microsoft
Publisher) need to be saved as PDFs before
sending. When emailing files, please include
your contact information, purchase order
number and job name in the email. For all
custom orders, up to 3 proofs will be sent for
customer approval. A $25.00 charge will occur
for every proof thereafter.
Rush Service
Many custom imprinted items have rush service
available. Due to ink drying time, many items are
only available in limited quantities for rush. Call
your sales rep for more information. Shipping
charges will be in addition to rush charges.
Changes after an order has been approved
will result in an extra charge to cover the new
negatives and printing plates. Any custom order
already in process that is cancelled will be subject
to all charges incurred up to that point plus a
cancellation fee. Any order not approved within
60 days of proof receipt, or 90 days of order date
will be cancelled and subject to the previously
stated cancellation fees.
Copyrights
When orders are manufactured to customer
specifications, purchaser agrees to assume
any liability from actions, demands or lawsuits
brought against purchaser or Inland Arts &
Graphics, Inc. for trademark or copyright
infringement.
Shipping Information
We have the resources to ship via UPS, Overnite
carriers, & Truck. All orders are F.O.B our plant
in Illinois. We will ship the best way unless a
specific carrier is requested.
Customs/ Export Paperwork
All orders for export requiring documentation
or certificates of origin, etc., will be billed at the
rate of $20.00 per set of papers.
Returns
Custom printed items are strictly not
returnable. Stock items can be returned subject
to a 15% restocking fee. Please call our office for
a Return Authorization Number. Returns will
not be accepted without one. If you’re unsure
about any product, please call and ask for a
sample. We’ll be more than happy to send one.
