OLD POOL REMOVAL – Every piece of the old pool had to be removed…
Construction of the new Seaport Swimming Pool has finally begun and promises to be
completed just in time to shut it down for the winter. Take heart brave campers, the new
pool will be worth waiting for.

Next season, get ready for more fun than a barrel of monkeys! The 35,000 gallon, heated,
gradual entry pool will be complete with water features, water jets, and a giant watering can
that will dump water on you at regular intervals.
Surrounding the pool will be a spacious sun deck complete with all new, pool appropriate,
furniture to relax on. From the pool deck you’ll be able to watch the golfers on our new Mini
Golf Course next to the Laser tag area. More info on mini golf, laundry, the pavilion outdoor
kitchen, and other improvements in the next newsletter.

Andy Barbosa - Maintenance Technician - Lives in Gales Ferry, CT and will be attending school for Criminal
Justice
Billy Martin-Maintenance Technician - Lives in Waterford, CT, attending Business program at Liberty College
in Virginia.
Bonnie Ludka - Guest Services Coordinator - Lives in Mystic, CT- Bonnie will keep busy raising 5 sons and
working along-side her Pastor husband as volunteer and secretary.
Courtney Jiminez - Activities Coordinator - Lives in Jacksonville, FL- is attending her senior year at
Jacksonville University.
Daniel Humbert - Maintenance Technician - Lives in New London, CT and will be going to school to obtain
his CDL, Arborist, and Pesticide licenses, while working for Lucas Tree Services as well as maintaining his
position as Mechanic at Spare Time Bowling Alley in Groton, CT.
Daryl Rinehart - Guest Services Coordinator - lives in Waterford, CT-is attending Nursing Program at
Pensacola Christian College.
Diane Sherman - Guest Services and Activities Coordinator Lives in Plainfield, CT and is interested in
attaining a permanent position with Sun Communities.
Jacob Ludka - Maintenance Technician - Lives in Mystic, CT and attends High School at Steadfast Christian
Academy in Groton, CT
Jeri Johnson - Guest Services Coordinator – Lives where ever her RV takes her. She is currently working at
Blueberry Hill RV Resort, in Bushnell, FL, another SUN Communities property.
Jonathan Ludka - Maintenance Supervisor their engineering program.
Lives in Mystic, CT and is attending Three Rivers College, in
Justin Ludka - Maintenance Technician - Lives in Mystic, CT and is attending the Pastoral Ministries program
at The Crown College of the Bible in Tennessee.
