Celebrating its fifteenth year, the convention brings together over 13,000 business leaders, government officials, manufacturers, corporate aviation department personnel and all manner of people involved in nearly every aspect of business aviation. During this three-day event in Geneva, new business aircraft manufacturers, avionics firms, handling organizations, fractional providers, charter/lease companies and aircraft resellers display their latest products and services, meet with new and existing customers, and get critical business done for the year ahead. EBACE is jointly hosted each year by the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA), the leading association for business aviation in Europe, and the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), the leading voice for the business aviation industry in the United States. Although EBACE is the only major European event focused solely on business aviation, attendees come from as far as Africa, Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and North and South America. Taking place at Geneva’s magnificent Palexpo, EBACE showcases over 500 exhibiting companies from around the world and covers more than 40,000 square meters. At the adjacent Geneva International Airport, nearly 60 aircraft – including nearly every major business aircraft design in current production – will be on display in a magnificent 18,000 square meter static display area. Exhibits smaller than 36 square meters must reserve a shell scheme space or inline raw space. Early Payment Discount EBACE management offers a special discount of $50 per 3m by 3m indoor exhibit space reserved to companies making full payment – on a nonrefundable basis – by 15 December 2014. STATIC DISPLAY Ramp Space $415 per 3m by 3m static display space reserved Static display space is purchased in 3m by 3m (9 square meter) increments. Participants will work with EBACE exhibits staff one on one to review the exhibit hall floor plan online and select their exhibit space. To participate in the priority draw and live exhibit space placement, exhibit applications must be submitted with full, non-refundable payments by the 15 December 2014 deadline.
