Forever | July 2015 4 Rex’s Message Breaking Barriers Can you imagine having the courage to dream so big that you accomplish something that was never thought possible? Singapore has changed so much in only a few short years. On my last visit, the land where the Marina Bay Sands hotel currently stands was an empty space, and years before, that space belonged to the ocean. Constructed in only three years, the Marina Bay Sands is an architectural marvel that boasts three towers and the world’s largest infinity pool (which sits on top of its 57 floors!). The vision to forge new ground and think outside of traditional constraints has led to something truly amazing. Forever | July 2015 The same type of dedication, unwillingness to compromise and dreaming bigger than ever before, has led to an unprecedented time at Forever. At Global Rally in Singapore, we welcomed five new members to our Global Leadership Team, introduced a new 20K qualification level, recognised new Diamond Managers, awarded more cheques than ever before (over $24 million) and boasted a brand new #1 country! It’s such an exciting time to be part of Forever, and we can’t wait to see what you will accomplish next. The stories we are hearing about your achievements are amazing and inspiring. Harness that inspiration and use it as a spark in your own business to motivate your downline. There is truly no limit to what can be accomplished when you are passionate about what you do, when you avoid shortcuts but still achieve what you deserve, and when you are brave enough to do what others may not understand or think possible. What will you accomplish in the next year? Will you qualify for Global Rally in Johannesburg, achieve a higher level of Chairman’s Bonus, become an Eagle Manager or set a goal to help others around you find the Forever opportunity? Just like the visionary who looked out at the ocean and thought to build an extraordinary hotel, have the courage to make the impossible a reality. The decision is yours, and the opportunities are as limitless as your imagination. Forever Yours, Rex Maughan Chairman and CEO Recognition Galloping to the top I have a passion for horses and often take part in show-jumping competitions with my own horse, Star. It was through this love that I was first introduced to Forever, and when my sponsor, Julie Copeland, approached me, I saw a fantastic opportunity that would enable me to build a home-based business within the equine industry. My working background is actually in the hotel and hospitality industry, but I was looking for a way to earn an extra income around my current job and commitments – it seemed like the ideal solution. I am now so happy to be part of Forever, and I frequently use the products to help support my own health and wellbeing, as well as my horse’s. I was thrilled to receive my first promotion and progress to Supervisor, and I can already see how this will enable me to live the lifestyle I have always dreamed. Although it is hard to imagine reaching a point where bills are no concern, I can see that it is possible with Forever. I also love the idea of earning enough to be able to care for my family, as well as having the chance to travel the world. But, I would also love for Star to eventually retire in a field that is a part of my own home – that way I would be able to take good care of her when she is older. In fact, my dream has always been to own a house in the countryside so that I can own many horses; it would be amazing to have space that would allow Star to have a foal. I may have set myself some big goals, but I am determined to work hard to achieve them. To be honest, it seems that once people have used Forever products, because they are so pleased with the results, the products sell themselves. I am so excited and overwhelmed to have had the opportunity to join Forever at such a young age, and I cannot wait to progress further. Thank you Forever. 5 Supervisor // Lucy Chadwick Sponsor // Julie Copeland "I am now so happy to be part of Forever, and I frequently use the products to help support my own health and wellbeing, as well as my horse’s." Forever | July 2015 6 Bob’s Message The key to success It’s been another busy month for us, with record sales and some great events including the UK VIP days, which were hosted at Longbridge Manor. Thank you to those of you that supported us there. We had some inspirational training from Emma Cooper, Louise Mackenzie, and Louise Barnacle; we all left inspired. In the evening we had our own Forever festival, and in typical English-weather fashion, it was freezing! However, that didn’t stop us having a lot of fun, and we look forward to having just as much at the Irish VIP day in July. Recognising that nothing will happen without consistent bold action, developing a do-it-now mentality that seizes the moment, and stepping outside of comfort zones, has been important. Taking action, but letting go of the outcome by not being discouraged if some of the results are not what we wanted, is all part of building a business. Not everyone will say yes, not everyone will see what we see, but one thing is for sure, if we don’t ask them, we will never know, and we will never grow. Our Success Express days go from strength to strength; it’s great to see so much success there, and I know that we’re looking at a very bright future as an increasing number sees the vision for what’s possible when driven by powerful personal goals. Remain focused: it’s easy to be enthusiastic and focus for an hour, but that’s not enough. It is an art to hold a vision and not get distracted by our surroundings. Forever | July June2015 2015 Bounce back from negative comments and outcomes: yes, some days will be tough, but it will be worth it in the long term, I promise. And finally, develop a presence about you, one of confidence with a positive self-image that will attract others to want to be with you. All these things can be mastered; all are part of the key to success. I look forward to seeing you over the coming months. Good luck in all that you do. Bob Parker Country Manager @bobparkerflp www.youtube.com/flpukltd Recognition 7 Fight off those fears Assistant Manager // Diane Rickner My background is in admin, a role I fell into from school because I thought it was the only thing I was good at, and I had lost all my confidence through a difficult marriage which led to an unpleasant divorce. All of a sudden I had become a single mum whose life revolved around looking after my three incredible children. My life transformed after I went to a friend’s party. I listened to the Forever business opportunity and realised that this could be a way to earn a few extra hundred pounds – I liked the idea of being able to afford a holiday abroad. Despite the incentive, I still held many fears regarding signing up: I have never been good at selling, and the thought of standing up in front of people at a launch made me feel sick. However, I was at a point in life where my children had grown up and flown the nest, and I longed to go abroad, but my salary just didn’t stretch to this. I finally decided to ignore my concerns and sign up, and with full support from my partner, children, family and friends, I have managed to sell products, hold launches and grow a retail business, even though 4CCs seemed unachievable in the first couple of months. These achievements Sponsor // Jade Aarons are a product of sheer determination and a whole lot of practice! I would practice everywhere: in the car, the bath, the mirror... on my children, friends and family. I was sick of hearing my voice – but it worked. After about four months, people started to see my new-found confidence and I was surprised when they asked to join my team. This is where the excitement really begun and before I knew it I had eight team members, had achieved my level one and two 4CCs pin, had progressed to Assistant Manager, and mentored one of my team to Supervisor. Now I wake up excited every day, and although I squeeze the role in around my full-time job, I can’t wait to get to a point where I can earn enough to re-evalute this situation. I really wish someone had told me about Forever years ago! Forever | July 2015 8 Well Planned WELL PLANNED It’s no secret that building a business with Forever involves networking: talking to as many people as you can about the products and business opportunity. But a vital part of building a business which is sustainable and profitable is planning. Senior Manager Faye Daly speaks about how to help new team members plan their business; advice that could help your business grow. A structured approach Faye schedules four planning meetings with each team member during their first month of signing up with Forever and recommends having the very first planning session within 48 hours. She says that an important part of the first meeting is to connect your prospect to the business emotionally by identifying why they want to do it. What are their financial expectations? What is it that they want to achieve? Once these have been established you can then go on to explain the ins and outs of the Marketing Plan, including clarifying any jargon they may be unsure of, such as ‘case credits’ or ‘bonus recap’. This is also the time to go through the business cycle – as pictured below – explaining that each quadrant flows onto the next and is part of a continuous cycle. It’s a good idea to set your new recruits some tasks to complete before the next The Forever Business-Building Cycle Speed is of the essence and recruiting is essential – your business will grow in direct proportion to the speed at which you implement this cycle. To achieve your goals it is vital, over the 12 months, to create momentum by sharing the opportunity with as many people as possible. This will create the energy, excitement and success you desire. planning meeting to keep them thinking about the business and to lay down the initial foundations, as Faye explains: “Send them away to continue building that whodo-you-know list using the memory joggers from the First Steps to Manager Guide. Ask them to perhaps begin thinking about a business name and get them working on a ‘goal board’ – get those goals into picture format. Also, show them how to create a seven-day plan so they know exactly what they are doing that week,” she says. Who do you know? family, friends, work colleagues, relatives, everyone Contact Action goals, planning and training WHY? Forever | July 2015 Show one-to-one, DVD, website and product launch Business Presentation Full-time 10+ contacts a day. Phone call, email, text message and face-to-face Well Planned Beyond the first planning meeting Planning meetings should be regular and structured enabling the team member to progress a little more with their business each time you meet. “I arrange a second planning meeting seven days after the first,” explains Faye, “and they need to complete those tasks at home before we meet.” The second planning meeting should be an opportunity for you to check in on how they are progressing and reassure them about any anxieties they may have. By leaving only a week between meetings you help to instil confidence and maintain that initial burst of momentum. Retailing Product launches are a great way to increase your customer base and for new business owners to get the word out about their enterprise. But in order to make these launches really pay off it’s important that your team members know to follow up any orders placed at a launch. “Forever isn’t about having new customers every month; it’s about getting regular customers,” says Faye. “The only way you are going to do this is by looking after them and showing them that you genuinely care. Contact them within the first few days of them receiving the product, then maybe a week or two later to see how they are getting on.” Volume-mapping This might sound complicated, but volumemapping is just a term for planning your activity in terms of how many case credits you need to reach your goals. “I never really understood what volume-mapping was for a long time,” says Faye, “so I want my team to understand what it is. I explain that it’s the breaking down of activity into case credits so that we can then see the volume that’s expected to come from you and from your team – and how, if you’ve got a goal imminent, you may need to raise your activity level.” If your team members can physically see what is expected from them for their business to move forward they are more likely to stay on track. This might also be a good time to introduce the Manager position to their goals. “This might be their five, six or seven-month goal – it all depends on what they want,” explains Faye. “I’ll show them the specific activity needed to produce that volume for Manager.” How to make contact Making contact with prospects can be a little daunting for new FBOs, so explaining how to do this and going through the process of making a prospecting call is a good idea. “We look at practising the call,” explains Faye, “what to say, how to structure it. I also cover other styles of contacting, such as email, Facebook 9 messenger, text messages, and of course, face-to-face contact. We practise them together so that when they leave that second meeting, they’ve already got in their mind different approaches to making contact.” One to one Once your new team member has made contact with their ‘who-do-you-know’ list, they are likely to want to progress to a one-to-one session so they talk through the business opportunity in more detail. Take them through the basics first, such as where to find the one-to-one presentation online and how to get hold of a hard copy if they wish. In the initial stages, the sponsor usually carries out the meeting on the team member’s behalf. “I explain to them that I will do their first few one-to-ones and that they’ll be the student and learn exactly how to present the business. But I also suggest that they go away and ask their friends to be guinea pigs for them so that they can practise and get feedback from people they know and trust.” To see Faye’s full presentation on planning, visit the Official Forever UK YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/FLPUKltd "a vital part of building a business which is sustainable and profitable is planning." 10 Product Focus PRODUCT FOCUS: SUNSCREEN SOLUTIONS… Belief in Forever products is an important tool that will help you effectively promote what you are trying to sell, but it is also essential that you continue to physically use various Forever items as this will widen your understanding of the product and help you to adopt an honest approach. This month, as we get deeper into the summer, we take a closer look at our sun-care range. Sunshine is known to be a fantastic source of Vitamin D, but whilst it can be beneficial to soak in the rays, unsafe exposure also carries risk. It is therefore even more important to ensure that we safely protect ourselves from the sun: To help you and your customers achieve this, Forever offers several solutions. It’s easy to apply on smaller areas, such as their cheeks, and it’s also handy to just pop in your handbag for when you are out and about.” – Emma Brown Forever | July 2015 Recognition 11 Perseverance paid off Managers // Paul & Alicia Hodgson Sponsor // Chris Goldsbrough I’d spent 15 years in secondary education, but a couple of years ago I knew it wasn’t for me anymore; it certainly wasn’t something I wanted to do until retirement. I tried the police and the fire service, but they weren’t recruiting and starting at the bottom with bills and a mortgage wasn’t feasible financially either – I needed a real alternative. I didn’t discover Forever by accident. My in-laws, Chris and Alan Goldsbrough, have a very successful business with Forever, but it still took me three years to ask about it. Eventually Alan showed me how it worked, and I liked that it was a business that helped other people. I knew instantly that I’d found my escape vehicle and since my wife, Alicia, has been around the business for half her life, I knew it was something we could do together. In January 2014 my eyes were opened by a training session; hearing the speakers made me realise that people were just like me and it was a real moment of clarity. I understood that something needed to change – I had to get stuck in, take it seriously and do the activity rather than procrastinate. I pictured the day I would leave work, and every time we made a step to build our team, I enjoyed thinking how that day was getting closer. As we persevered, we started to see the importance of consistency and developing good business-building habits. I am now leaving teaching altogether this July, which will give me more time to devote to Forever and help our business to grow even quicker. We have a fantastic team of people all striving to achieve their own goals, and we are so proud of them. This is an exciting moment for us, but for me the best thing will be having more time to spend with my family. Forever | July 2015 12 Recognition Keep pushing forward Senior Manager // Lauren Showering My background is in hospitality management, which I initially worked alongside my psychology degree, but after graduating I couldn’t find a graduate job, so continued in this field. I enjoyed it to start with, but when our boys came along it became difficult to fit around family life. I was underpaid, childcare was expensive, and I felt like I was missing out on precious time with my children. I found Forever in March 2014 and thought I’d give it a go. Initially I just saw it as a means to make ends meet, but after I attended Success Express, I was absolutely blown away. I could see such excitement, and seeing all the people recognised for their incredible achievements made me think about how there’s no reason that couldn’t be me. Forever | July 2015 Sponsor // Teresa Hooper I started to build a team alongside retailing, working on my mind-set and learning as much as I could about the business. I made Manager in eight months – even a broken leg didn’t stop me! By this time I had quit my job and was working the business around our children; never missing a moment. I was determined to keep pushing forward and made Senior Manager in April 2015 with thanks to support from my incredible team and amazing upline – my sponsor, Teri Hooper, and my mentor, Louise Mackenzie. I’m now the family breadwinner and we’ve made the decision that James will get more involved in the business. He truly believes in me and has been my absolute rock throughout this incredible journey. Our goal is to get him out of his job as a prison officer within the next year and run the business together. I’m incredibly excited to see what 2015 will bring for us and for our amazing team. We are keen to help them all achieve the big incentives and hopefully get them to next year’s Global Rally in South Africa. We may have big goals, but I fully believe that we can succeed. What was your working background? I used to work in sales and marketing; ten years with Novartis (a Swiss pharmaceutical company), and five years with DHL Express. They were very good jobs, but the roles carried a lot of stress and demanded reaching high targets. I feared imminent redundancy and too much paperwork meant I had no time for family. Therefore, Forever | July 2015 nine years ago, I moved to the UK in search of a better life and future for my children. Initially, life in the UK was tough: for the first six months I struggled to get a job, which was very hard on my family, and when I did eventually secure work, the hours were extremely long. I worked as a customer services officer for British Rail, but I used to leave at 11.30am, when my children were at school, and when I returned at 1.00am they were already asleep. Recognition 15 "Forever has had a dramatic impact on me – it’s changed my life. I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel," How did you get involved in Forever? During this time I was obviously looking for other opportunities, so when one day I saw a leaflet on the counter of a phone shop saying, “Part time work. Full time income,” I called the advertiser, Sanjida Hasnin (now my upline), straight away. I would like to thank her; without her I would not have discovered Forever. How has becoming a Forever Business Owner benefitted you? Forever has had a dramatic impact on me – it’s changed my life. I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel, and I have quality time for my family. Forever has allowed me the chance to travel the world, buy a house and give my children a brighter future. It’s great to feel in control again. What has been your biggest challenge so far? It was difficult at first because the people around me did not know what network marketing was, and I knew I had to help them to understand. Since most people are afraid of the unknown, I would mentally prepare myself to be turned down when approaching potential prospects. But I wouldn’t just leave it at a no. Instead, I’d work on them until it became a yes. My strong belief, effort and persistency enabled me to reach this point. What are your future goals? I aspire to grow and develop my business around the world; I already have 5,000 FBO’s back home in Bangladesh but I want to create as many Managers as I can within my team. I also want to introduce many more people to Forever and help them to benefit and achieve their goals as well. But most of all I want to pass my knowledge of eight years on to my children, giving them the chance to be successful. It has been an incredible journey and I would like to thank Rex Maughan, and also Bob Parker who has led the United Kingdom to number one. I am very grateful to my upline, Mohammad Amil, as without his support I could not have achieved this position. Finally, I would like to give my heartfelt thanks to my entire team who are constantly working hard – they are all fantastic people who have helped contribute to our success. Thank you. What words of wisdom can you offer other FBOs? Forever is definitely a platform which gives ordinary people the opportunity to achieve something extraordinary, but you need to remain focused, plan regular activities and consider everything carefully. Results will inevitably follow. Passion and determination are also what can drive success; create that burning desire to succeed. Sometimes things might seem too difficult and giving up is the only way, but never give up, your future could change for the better if you just hold on a bit longer. My hard work and passion helped me reach Soaring Manager and it will only get me higher. You can also change your life; just never give up and keep working hard. Forever | July 2015 16 Recognition An amazing transformation Sapphire Manager // Louise Perry Sponsor // Mandy Lagden Louise Perry explains how dealing with her demons helped her to progress her business. Forever | July 2015 Recognition 17 What was your working background? I had a background in HR and office management – a job I fell into as I didn’t really know what I wanted to do – but I worked long hours and was very stressed and unhappy. During this time I worked with a lady called Mandy Lagden. I used to think she was quite miserable at work (we laugh about this now), but after she left I noticed from her LinkedIn that she seemed to be really happy – this was a nice surprise and I was intrigued about what she was doing. I contacted her and asked for some more information; I felt able to trust her as she was very well-respected in the organisation that I worked in, and therefore I wasn’t skeptical. If someone like Mandy was building a business then I knew it must be an amazing company to work for. What inspired you to sign up? When I went to the Business Presentation in Area 10 (Milton Keynes, run by Maureen and Alvin Blume) I just got excited – really excited. Clare Copping was speaking and I just thought, “Yes: this opportunity is amazing!” and it was nice to think I could earn an extra couple of hundred a month from the business. What impact has Forever had in your life? My world over the last few years has completely transformed: I now live the most amazing life! Before Forever, times were very difficult – sometimes there wasn’t enough food in the cupboards – but also I realised that I was a really negative person, surrounding myself with very negative people. I also began to see this negativity in my son – obviously he was around me when I was very low and stressed, so he picked up those behaviours. The money may have provided amazing things; I now live in an amazing home and drive a dream car, but it’s the impact it’s had on us as a family that’s most important. My three-year-old daughter, Vivi, is the happiest child I’ve ever met, and then I look at my son, Charlie, and how he’s transformed from how life was before – that’s something you can’t put a price on. How did you deal with challenges you faced along the way? I’d say that during the first two years of my business, fear caused me to take the ‘scenic route’. I didn’t think that someone like me would be able to build a successful business, I thought no-one would want to join my team, and I wouldn’t make calls because I was scared of rejection. I didn’t think people would take me seriously, but I knew that if I wanted to build a successful business I had to make significant changes. The first thing I had to do was work on my insecurities. It appeared to me that 99% of the business depended on mind-set; if your head isn’t in the right place, you’re going to struggle to build a business. Figuring this out and identifying my issues really enabled me to move forward and I enrolled on a seven-day intense NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) course to help me rid those demons. I made sure I stayed really focused on why I was doing this business in the first place: If I was making a call and I felt scared, I would simply think about my children – the reason I was doing it. Finally, I can also recommend two remarkable books: ‘The Secret’ and ‘Demystifying Success’. All these elements contributed to me being able to combat the anxiety; when I started to believe in myself, things started to grow. What advice would you give to FBOs working towards becoming a Sapphire Manager? Try not to get caught up on where the next 2CCs are going to come from or what the opportunity is going to give you. I’m really passionate about people. I love helping people so when someone joins my business I make sure it’s not about me and what I can get out of it; instead I focus on what I can do for them. Seeing someone who’d had no confidence or money, full of stress and desperate for change, join your business then transform within just a few months, really is priceless. Focus on your team and the amazing people that you’re working with – your success will follow. Find out why this talented team is so skilled at making the Forever aloe vera you know and love. Forever products are created at Aloe Vera of America (AVA) in two state-of-the-art laboratories that concentrate on product development and quality control. An excellent team of dedicated scientists and technicians has joined the laboratories from all corners of the world including Vietnam, Korea, the Philippines, Ethiopia and the United States. The product development laboratory boasts impressive equipment that enables the team to produce the correct mixing, emulsifying and homogenisation processes even before the products are produced. This lab also allows the team to effectively develop from product-pilots to full-scale production. Stability testing and microchallenge testing is also applied by the product development team to ensure that the quality, efficiency and shelf-life of products are in accordance with the Forever guidelines. Quality control plays a significant role in the production of our aloe vera, and the Quality Control Team at the laboratory includes 11 chemists and microbiologists Forever | July 2015 that test every ingredient of every batch. Testing includes ensuring the correct specifications are met for pH, viscosity and taste, and that the correct levels of vitamins, minerals and other active components are present in all the products produced. The lab also tests to ensure there has been no contamination through assays and microbiological testing. New methods for testing aloe vera gel have also been developed to ensure its purity, quality and potency. Forever Living Products has exclusive stabilisation patents for aloe vera and we were the first company to develop and patent this process on a commercial level. Since this original patent, we have managed to obtain six more aloe stabilisation patents. Forever Living Products employs globallyrespected scientists and technicians who are experts in their respective fields. Because of their dedication, Forever Living Products and Aloe Vera of America are able to bring you innovative products of outstanding quality. An Amazing Team 19 MEET THE TEAM… Terry Harkins recently joined the team as Quality Control Manager and has 16 years of experience in pharmaceutical and skincare analytical laboratory testing and management. Terry also has over four years of experience working specifically with aloe vera, as well as involvement in product formulations and quality systems. Azeb (‘Zeb’) Amsalu, from Ethiopia, is AVA’s Microbiology Laboratory Manager. Azeb has a degree in microbiology and has nearly 20 years of experience as a microbiologist. Azeb’s team employs a comprehensive environmental monitoring system to ensure the equipment is clean and acceptable for use by the Production Team. Bahn (‘Ben’) Phan, from Vietnam, has been with Aloe Vera of America for more than 30 years and played a key part in the development of Forever Living Product’s patented stabilisation process. He is supported by Dr. Yoo, from Korea, who brings expertise in sunscreens and creams, and Tessie Tate, from the Philippines, who ensures that new products are transitioned successfully from concept to full-scale production. Jessica Abron, Alma Garcia, Leticia Smith, Clay Morgan, Andrea Robinson, Mila Ugwuh, Terry Harkins Alemehu (Alex) Desta, Lea Mbengi, Elena Berry, Azeb Amselu, Jerald Henderson Tessie Tate, Bahn (Ben) Phan, Dr Kwangsun Yoo Forever | July 2015 20 Recognition Living the dream Sapphire Manager // Julianna Woods Sponsor // Kelle Gargaro Julianna Woods has been involved in Forever since 2009, but in the beginning she had to overcome her self-doubt, and believe that her dreams really could become reality… How has your life changed since becoming an FBO? Before Forever I was working as a team leader for Lloyds TSB Insurance, but the role didn’t provide the security and flexibility I was looking for; ultimately I wanted to be my own boss. I honestly don’t know where I would be today if I was still working for Lloyds; my previous partner left me with £33,000 worth of debt and there is no way I would have been able to pay that off on my previous income. Plus the financial constraint would have meant I’d struggle to start a family. Now I’m about to get married, I’m completely adebt-free, my monthly income is double what my annual salary used to be, and I am able to give my children everything, including being around for them at home. Today my life is unrecognisable: I am living in my dream house, driving amazing cars, and I honestly don’t have a worry in the Forever | July 2015 world. Forever has given me complete peace of mind. Sometimes, when I think about my life, I think I’m dreaming; any minute I’ll wake up and be back in reality. So when I do actually digest that it is real, and it is happening to me – a little girl who now lives on the side of a mountain in Pontypool – I can’t help but burst into tears. It’s so overwhelming. and Natalie Heeley; they helped me believe that it was within my grasp. I still have to work on my mind-set every day; I’m not the finished article (I doubt I ever will be), but I am more discerning about the way I think and the way I manage my time with people. I never ever thought that I’d have a life like I am living; I just didn’t think stuff like this would happen to people like me. Was your progression to Sapphire an easy achievement? How do you motivate your team? It definitely took a lot of hard work and dedication. I had to work on myself – my mind-set and self-belief – but I think the activities surrounding recruitment are actually fairly simple. Working on my inner-self was certainly the hardest part for me to overcome since I grew up in a family that constantly struggled; I just couldn’t get used to the idea of having more than I’d always known. I learnt a lot from Dave O’Connor I don’t necessarily think you can motivate anyone; to be honest, to really succeed, I think they need to be willing and have that drive in them. But what I do think you can do is inspire someone. Encouraging others to find out what their goals and dreams are can really release someone into the business, and helping them to build up their mindset, so that they believe in themselves, will enable them to realise that they can achieve anything if they put their mind to it. Recognition 21 "Today my life is unrecognisable: I am living in my dream house, driving amazing cars, and I honestly don’t have a worry in the world. Forever has given me complete peace of mind." What useful advice would you like to share? My advice will always be to stay active: continue to contact five brand new people a day, be persistent and consistent, and come from a place of contribution – I always try to take myself off the agenda so that others can reach their full potential. But most of all remember that your mind-set is the most important aspect; it is this that can have significant influence on you and your success. Julianna’s progression within Forever has enabled her to get involved in various opportunities, including her embracing the role of MC at April’s Success Express. You can hear more about her experience on youtube.com/user/FLPUKltd by watching her video in the April Success Express section. During this short clip, Julianna offers an inspiring insight into what it’s like on stage and behind the scenes during this exciting event.
