PJC Plant Services Monthly Newsletter March 2016 The New Wheels!! We’ve added three new Iveco Daily chassis cabs to our transport fleet, two of the Daily’s are 5t vehicles both with tail lifts and the third vehicle is 7t. As you can see from the pictures above the new wagons have been branded up with our PJC logo and contact details. The tail lifts can lift a maximum of 750kg and can transport up to 1.5t diggers, skip loaders, scissor lifts, 80 rollers, towers, diesel mixers and larger consumable items such as plasterboard. The 7t can carry diggers up to 3t and up to 120 rollers as well as everything that can be carried by the 5t vehicles. It was important to expand our transport fleet to help deliver plant and consumables due to the increase in demand of our plant, it will enable us to be more flexible and versatile when making deliveries. What a Load of Rubbish!! After setting up an arrangement with Wastecycle Ltd we have had back our first month’s report with excellent results! In February we had 0.891 tonnes of waste collected with 0.778 tonnes of that being recycled giving us a recycling rate of 87%!! This is great news as it helps improve our carbon footprint as we strive to become a greener and energy efficient company.
