Our History
Carolina Vinyl Products is a modern manufacturing facility making a complete line of PVC
products including fencing, railing, mailbox posts, arbors/pergolas, birdhouses, birdfeeders, and
various other outdoor products. We pride ourselves on custom designs to meet the diverse needs
of our numerous customers and dealers.
The company was incorporated on May 24, 1995 and is situated on three acres located in
downtown Grifton, North Carolina. We have a large showroom displaying our line of fencing,
railing and specialty products.
Our PVC products are crafted with superior quality by using state-of-the-art manufacturing
equipment and each product is backed by a comprehensive lifetime, limited, transferable
warranty.
Our sales staff provides vital assistance to ensure that your experience at Carolina Vinyl Products

Fence gates constructed from PVC w/ aluminum reinforcement on both hinge & latch

MATERIALS:
Fence, railing & decking are constructed w/ materials made of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
formulated to resist impact & ultraviolet (UV) stabilization.
APPROVALS:
Carolina Vinyl Products railing & deck products (Gorilla Deck G3) meet stringent requirements
for quality & safety. Railing systems & decking are engineered to exacting standards for strength,
durability & performance & listed w/ ICC-ES as designated in report ESR-1657.

Step 1 - Lay out fence on a smooth, clean surface. Assemble fence by
inserting pickets into rails. DO NOT SLIDE IN FROM END OF RAIL
Note: Last picket may need to be cut (ripped) to proper width
Step 2 - Set first post in proper location
Step 3 - Insert assembled fence into proper location in post (See Drawing)
Note: Bottom rail has metal insert
Step 4 - Place next post in next location and insert rails
Step 5 - Repeat until entire fence is installed
Step 6 - Enjoy your new fence from Carolina Vinyl Products
