December 4, 2015 Dear Envisage Team Member: IMPORTANT CHANGES ARE COMING SOON TO THE RETIREMENT PLAN. We are pleased to announce several changes to the retirement plan, effective January 1, 2016. To get the most out of the retirement plan, please read this and future communications carefully. We also encourage you to attend a seminar where you can ask questions about the changes. See the enclosed Plan Update Guide for seminar dates. A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW AND SELECTION PROCESS Envisage Information Systems, LLC, is committed to offering a competitive retirement program that reflects industry best practices. Based on this commitment, we recently conducted a comprehensive review of the retirement plan and determined that joining the TIAA Code Section 401(k) Plan would provide the best value combined with the greatest breadth of retirement services for all team members. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW • Effective January 1, 2016, all team members will begin participating in the TIAA Code Section 401(k) Plan. At this time future contributions will be directed to TIAA-CREF. Existing balances in the Staff Leasing Retirement Savings Plan will remain with VOYA while we work closely with TIAA-CREF to coordinate an automatic transfer to your TIAA-CREF account in early 2016. • The 401(k) Plan investment menu includes a variety of low-cost investment options that give you the ability to create a diversified retirement portfolio that matches your investment goals and preferences. • All team members can receive personalized advice on the 401(k) Plan’s investment options from a TIAA-CREF Financial Consultant. This service is available as part of your 401(k) Plan at no additional cost to you. HAVE QUESTIONS? The new 401(k) Plan offers a wide array of low-cost, specially selected investment options. • You can pre-enroll in the new 401(k) Plan. You will be able to elect your contribution rate on Employee Navigator and, beginning December 31, 2015, set up your investment allocation and beneficiary information at www.tiaa-cref.org/envisage before the first contribution is directed to the Plan on January 7, 2016. • As a TIAA-CREF participant, you can receive personalized advice on the Plan’s investment options from a TIAA-CREF Financial Consultant. This service is available as part of your retirement program at no additional cost to you. Investment advice is available online, by phone or through a One-on-One Counseling session. Consultants will be on site for individual appointments in January 2016. The dates will be announced shortly. December 21, 2015 Last day to update your contribution amount (including electing to contribute zero) in Employee Navigator before your TIAA Code Section 401(k) Plan account is issued. December 31, 2015 to January 6, 2016 You can pre-select your investments at www.tiaa-cref.org/envisage prior to the first contribution. Action items for the Envisage Team January 7, 2016 • Attend a transition seminar. Access Employee Navigator and select Start Benefits to update your salary deferral amount. If you did not pre-enroll, you will be automatically issued a new TIAA Code Section 401(k) Plan account and an enrollment confirmation will be sent to your home address. • Visit www.tiaa-cref.org/envisage to review the new investment options, access retirement plan information and, from December 31, 2015 to January 6, 2016, to pre-enroll, select your investments and name your beneficiary. January 2016 • If you were automatically enrolled, beginning January 8, 2016, you can log in to your account and review and update your investment elections and beneficiary information. TIAA-CREF Financial Consultants will be on site for individual advice sessions. The dates will be announced shortly. How the transition will work All team members can take advantage of a pre-enrollment period to establish a contribution rate and choose investments before the first contribution is made to the TIAA Code Section 401(k) Plan. To change your contribution amount or elect to not contribute to the 401(k) Plan, you can log in to Employee Navigator beginning December 7, 2015. Any changes made by December 21, 2015, will be effective with the January 7, 2016, contribution. You may also pre-select your investments and name your beneficiary for your TIAA Code Section 401(k) Plan account. This pre-enrollment period begins December 31, 2015, and ends January 6, 2016. Go to www.tiaa-cref.org/envisage, select the Enroll Now tab, then choose the Plan name and follow the instructions to establish your account. If you take no action, you will be automatically enrolled at 3% on a pretax basis; you have the option of waiving the election through Employee Navigator. TIAA-CREF will issue you a new account and will send an enrollment confirmation to your home. Until you update your investment choices with TIAA-CREF, future contributions will be directed to the Plan’s default investment option, the TIAA-CREF Lifecycle Fund with the target year closest to the year you turn age 65. You can locate your year of birth on the Target Date Fund Table below to determine the corresponding fund. Your estate will be listed as your beneficiary. We encourage you to name your beneficiary to ensure it reflects your intentions. Important note about existing Plan assets at VOYA: It is intended that any existing balances in your current Staff Leasing Retirement Savings Plan will be transferred to your new TIAA Code Section 401(k) Plan account in the first quarter of 2016. The transfer should occur automatically and you will be notified in advance of the exact timing and of any action required on your part.
