FOOD & BEVERAGE OVERVIEW
Our policy is all food, beverage and snack items served in the resort and meeting rooms must
be provided by the resort. We do not allow food, beverages, snacks or other catered items to
be brought into the resort. Items such as wedding cakes, alcohol or bags of hard candy, can be
purchased and brought in; however, these items must be agreed upon in writing by both
parties in advance. Specialty items such as chocolate covered strawberries or a chocolate
fountain may also be approved. Please discuss all reception plans with the sales department
in detail. Failure to comply with lodge meeting and banquet policies will result in an
additional $400.00 catering charge to be added to the group’s final bill.
The resort is located in a “dry” county. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in public areas
at the resort, including the lobby, restaurant, hallways, swimming pool and grounds area.
Alcoholic beverages are permitted in guestrooms and reserved meeting or banquet rooms
only. Bar set-up options are available to you through resort catering.
All food and beverage prices quoted are subject to current sales tax and service charges.
Function details and menu selections are required 30-45 days prior to your event and a
guaranteed head count is required 7 days in advance. If attendance falls below the final guarantee, the charge will be for the guaranteed amount.
The resort does not permit fixing of any materials to walls, floors, ceilings, tables or chairs
without permission from management. Groups are not allowed to bring in fog machines,
confetti, glitter, popcorn, crepe paper, bubbles, silly string or sequins.
Please refer to the Meeting and Banquet Policy statement for a more detailed list of lodge
regulations. All bridal parties are required to sign a copy of the statement.
