EDUCATION & TRAINING COURSES SICAP is a programme aimed at reducing disadvantage and poverty in Ireland You can access a wide range of training options: SERVICES PROVIDED Donegal Local Development Company can support you through SICAP with the provision of Free and Confidential one-toone information where you can explore your options.
