group/tent area, general store, restaurant for 30 persons, outdoor bar with deck for 50 persons, gift shop, gas
station, public showers, and laundry room. Rental rates are RV $42 nightly and $600 monthly, $25 tent, cabins
$149-$209, and motel $89. Property is on a continuous forest service lease at 3% of the gross and Buyer would
get new 20 year lease at purchase. Forest service leases are always renewed and the entire area is forest service
property. Gas tanks were upgraded in 1999 to current triple wall standards. An additional five acres can be
added to the property. Tremendous upside in opening in winter to snowmobile clientele on weekends. Owner
sold the property in 2007 and took back the property in foreclosure in 2010 and has tremendously upgraded the
property since taking it back over with a tremendous amount of renovations to restaurant, kitchen, and the

Cabins 1,6,10: Sleep 4.. Cabins have a living room,
bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Comes with
cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishes. Stove,
refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee pot.
Towels and bedding provided…Rate is $179. Per
night plus tax.
Cabins 4,5,9: Sleeps 2..Cabins have bedroom,
bathroom, and kitchen. Comes with cooking utensils,
pots, pans and dishes. Stove, refrigerator,
microwave, toaster and coffee pot. Towels and
bedding provided…Rate is $149. Per night plus tax.
Cabin 2/3 (this is one large cabin): Sleeps 6.. Cabin
has a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and
kitchen. Comes with cooking utensils, pots, pans and
dishes. Stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and
coffee pot. Towels and bedding provided…. Rate is
$209. Per night plus tax.
A $50 fee will be charged to your credit card for
cabins left dirty and / or with dirty dishes.
Motel Rooms 11/12/14/15: Sleeps 2..Bed and
Bathroom.. Rate is $89 per night plus tax.
2 night minimum require on ALL cabins and motel
rooms.
3 night minimum required on ALL holiday weekends.
Some pets are allowed: A deposit of $100 per pet is
required.
RV Rates: $42.00 per night.. Most sights have
water, electric and sewer.. Some have water and
electric
