SPECIAL FEATURES
Our ultra-light-high-modulus-frame triangle and chain stays are characterised by high power transmission efficiency combined with ride comfort and flex as well as low frame weights.
Only premium quality and extremely light carbon fibre composites (Toray T700, T1000) are used.
We have designed smooth wall-technology for our carbon which increases durability and the quality
of the frame significantly. For this reason every Airstreeem frame comes with 12 years of warranty.
Our lightweight series. Here we use premium quality Prepreg composite carbon layers combined with
a comprehensive construction and time intensive finishing process (the frame has up to 450 Prepreg
composite layers) to reduce the weight of the frame. We use the super smooth wall technology which
takes an extra 30 % more time for production than standard smooth wall technology.
Our Aero Standard. All of our aero frames are distinguished not just because of their excellent aerodynamics, but also from the quality of the steering tube, bottom brackets and class leading torsion
rigidity data.
Our FAS (Flexible Adjust System sitting angle 73° - 78°) for the Aerotype Road and TT has won a Bike
Expo Award.
All of our bottom bracket constructions are strengthened through our special two cell system, constructed with high quality pre composites, providing, strength, durability and sturdiness.
Winner of the ISPO BRAND NEW AWARD and the BIKE EXPO AWARD for our innovations the Professional
Ergometer and the Aerotype frameset.

In 2008 we established ourselves in Salzburg as a racing and triathlon brand with our own
research and development department.
We only use branded carbon fibre from the world’s leading brands Toray and Mitsubishi. The application of T1000 carbon fibre.
Direct design input into the development process of the frames.
Increased durability through the use of strengthened, high quality material in critical
areas. This level and quality of material is used by most manufacturers only when
building bikes for their professional cyclists. We provide this technology for everyone.

Our R-AIR is our road racing machine with Triple EEE geometry,
finished to professional standards and aimed to the needs of
serious cycling athletes. Slightly more riding comfort is created
through the carbon pre-composite prepreg in the head tube
and the chain stays, these designs distinguish the R-AIR. Many
manufacturers only build these models for their pro teams due
to the huge assembly effort. With a short head tube and the
longer upper tube, the R-AIR is the perfect competition choice
for any athlete.
The massive BB30-Bottom brackets guarantee excellent stiffness even under extreme effort.
Perfect stiffness data (STW 105) paired with excellent riding
features and comfort is what distinguishes the R-AIR.
