°° Your Function is confirmed
with payment of Room Hire and/or
Catering. Your guests can then pay
for their own beverages.
1. Function bookings are required in writing. Any tentative bookings not
confirmed within 7 days of the booking being made may be released at the
discretion of Motel Mexicola management.
2. To confirm your Function a payment of 2,000,000 (or your Room Hire
fee, whichever is lesser) is required at the time of booking. Deposit amounts
will count toward the Room Hire fee. All deposits are non-refundable and
non-negotiable.
3. Confirmation of final numbers must be made no less than one week prior
to the Function, at this time payment of the final food bill and any remaining
accounts (excluding Bar Tabs) must be paid. In the case of a Banquet Menu
or Beverage Package, charges will be based on guaranteed numbers or the
final head count, whichever is greater.
4. All accounts (excluding Bar Tabs) are to be paid before the day of the
Function. Bar Tabs are to be paid at the conclusion of the Function. The Credit
Card on which the Bar Tab account is to be charged must be provided on the
day of the Function and is to remain in possession of Motel Mexicola until
the Bar Tab account is signed off and paid in full.
5. Should the guaranteed number of guests decrease considerably from the
original quote, Motel Mexicola reserves the right to levy additional venue
hire charges to meet minimum spend requirements.
6. Minimum Spend requirements may apply to certain Functions as specified
by Management.
7. The Client is responsible for any loss or damage to Motel Mexicola
property caused by guests attending the Function. Motel Mexicola will not
accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to any equipment, merchandise
or personal effects left on premises prior to, during or after the Function.
8. Motel Mexicola does not accept payment by personal or company cheques.
9. Motel Mexicola management reserves the right to refuse entry or service
to any Function guest.

10. Under no circumstances will the Motel Mexicola allow any Function
