Account Holder Definition
The first line of your account information (as shown on your
invoice and season tickets) denotes the season ticket holder of
record. For your protection, we will accept payments, address
changes and inquiries only from the person designated as the
season ticket holder. If the season ticket holder is a business,
the business should designate a representative to make such
changes or inquiries; such representative’s name will appear on
the second line of the account information.
Address Change
Should your address or any contact information change during
the year, you have two options to update your records with the
Texans:
1) Via our website (HoustonTexans.com), where you can access
your Go Texans! Account Manager by clicking on the Manage
Your Account feature and update your address immediately
online using your account number and PIN.
2) You can fax or mail a written correction form to our office
at Reliant Stadium. The official “address change form” can be

SEASON TICKET INFORMATION
Playoffs
When the Texans qualify for the NFL playoffs, all season ticket
holders will have the right to purchase their current seat
locations for Wild Card/Divisional and AFC Championship home
games. The NFL establishes playoff ticket pricing a few weeks
prior to the start of the playoffs. You will receive an invoice for
playoff tickets once those prices are set. Season ticket holders
will be guaranteed the first right of refusal for playoff tickets. If
your invoice for these tickets is not returned by the deadline set
through Ticket Operations, you will forfeit your right to purchase
your seats for the NFL playoff games. PSL holders must purchase
their tickets for any Texans postseason home game to keep their
Reliant Stadium PSL.
TORO’s Extra Points
Each season, PSL and season ticket holders are eligible to enter
the Houston Texans Fan Loyalty Program, TORO’s Extra Points.
TORO’s points will be awarded to your season ticket account with
every ticket that attends each of the season’s ten home games.
This program is to encourage fans to make the most of their
season ticket purchase by making sure that someone, if not the
season ticket holder, attends every game. Prizes are awarded
after each home game and also at the end of the season by
random drawing of those who qualify.
Transfer of PSL Season Tickets
All requests for the transfer of a PSL account must be submitted
to the Texans Ticket Office in writing. PSL transfer request
forms can be mailed to the address on the next page or faxed to
832.667.2191. The form is located at http://www.houstontexans.
com/tickets/ticket-info.html and should be sent from the
current PSL holder (licensee) and should include the following
information: the licensee’s account number, the seat locations
being transferred and the transferee’s name (new buyer),
address, phone numbers and email.
(continued on next page)
11
SEASON TICKET INFORMATION
Upon receipt of the transfer form, the Texans will mail the
licensee a copy of the signed PSL contract and an assignment
agreement to be signed by both parties. A $250 transfer fee
applies to all accounts being transferred. Either party can pay
this fee. Once the agreement is signed by both parties, it must be
mailed to:
Houston Texans Ticket Office
Attn: PSL Ownership Transfer
Reliant Stadium
Two Reliant Park
Houston, TX 77054-1573
Please allow two to four weeks for all transfers to be processed
and completed.
Non-PSL accounts are nontransferable. Non-PSL season tickets
revert back to the Texans in the event of cancellation. Only
account holders owning a PSL can sell their seats or transfer
them to other individuals.
12
SEASON TICKET
INFORMATION
The Texans have also partnered with Seasonticketrights.com to
provide a safe and secure online PSL marketplace. Buyers and
sellers now have one common online marketplace to post and
purchase PSL seats. PSL transfers are completed by a team of
e-commerce professionals in conjunction with the Texans ticket
office. Please see www.seasonticketrights.com for the
fee schedule.

participate in activites that create an unsafe environment will be
held responsible. Parking passes, like your tickets, can be traced

RELIANT STADIUM POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Alcoholic Beverage Policies
Alcohol may not be brought into Reliant Stadium. Guests who
appear to be under age 30 are required to show valid photo ID
indicating legal proof of age when purchasing alcohol at Reliant
Stadium. Alcohol sales are limited to two (2) drinks per person per
transaction. All public alcohol sales will cease at the end of the
third quarter.
Please note that different areas of Reliant Stadium are licensed
for different types of alcoholic drinks (beer and wine only, both
beer and liquor or nothing). The Reliant Stadium staff will prevent
certain drinks from being taken from a licensed area into a nonlicensed area. For instance, beverages purchased in a Verizon
Club Lounge must be consumed in the Lounge and may not be
removed from that area. These policies are the law and will be
strictly enforced.
Bag Searches and Pat Down Procedures
For your safety, bag searches will be performed at all entrances
to Reliant Stadium. In order to expedite this process, please leave
all unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home and have any
items open for search before you approach a gate. If you are not
bringing a purse or camera case to the game, please look for the
no bag express entry line for faster access to the Stadium. Items
not permitted into the Stadium must be returned to your vehicle
or discarded. Staff may not store or hold items for you until
postgame. Please see the Prohibited Items section on page 42 for
a list of items not permitted to be brought into the Stadium.
Please be aware that at certain times pat-down searches or
additional security measures may be implemented upon all
persons entering Reliant Stadium. You and your belongings may
be searched upon entry into the Stadium. By tendering your ticket
and entering the Stadium, you consent to such searches and
waive any related claims that you might have against the Texans,
the NFL, its member clubs, the Stadium landlord, and each of their
affiliates and agents. If you elect not to consent to the searches,
you will be denied entry into the Stadium. Please be prepared and
arrive early to the game to allow for this extra security procedure.

RELIANT STADIUM POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Banners and Signs
The Houston Texans and Reliant Stadium welcome signs and
banners but request that you adhere to specific guidelines
in order to ensure that these articles do not detract from the
enjoyment of other guests. Banners and signs should in no
way infringe on the sightlines of other fans and must be small
enough for one person to hold. They may not be affixed to
anything in Reliant Stadium or held so that they block the view
of scoreboards or any permanent signage in the Stadium. In
addition, poles are prohibited in Reliant Stadium, so banners or
signs affixed to a pole will not be permitted into the Stadium. All
banners and signs must be in good taste, must be in the spirit
of the event and must not have any corporate name, logo or
message. The Texans reserve the right to remove any banner or
sign that does not meet these guidelines.
Cameras and Video Recorders
Fans are welcome to bring small flash photography cameras into
Reliant Stadium, but no professional lenses or lenses over 12”
are permitted. Digital cameras are also permitted as long as they
do not record video. Please do not block any aisles or the view of
other fans while taking pictures.
Video cameras and audio recorders are not permitted in Reliant
Stadium and will not be stored during the game.
To contact someone during a game in the event of an emergency,
please visit a Guest Services Information Booth or call

RELIANT STADIUM POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Fan Code of Conduct
Reliant Stadium is a fan-friendly environment. We are committed
to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience
for everyone. Our staff will proactively intervene to support
an environment where the game will not be disrupted by the
interference of guest actions or any unauthorized persons on the
playing field. Fans are advised that the following behaviors will
not be tolerated.
• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature
• Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment
that results in irresponsible behavior
• Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
• Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing
objects on the field)
• Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel
• Verbal or physical harassment of opposing teams fans.
Additionally, one fan does not have the right to affect the
enjoyment of the game by other fans. All guests must show their
ticket when requested and only sit in their ticketed seat. Please
call our gameday hotline at 832.667.1400 or text “HOU” <space>
issue to 78247 if you encounter something that disrupts your
enjoyment on gameday.
The Houston Texans Two Strike Program allows for a warning
to fans who are disruptive or acting inappropriately by giving out
a yellow card with a reminder about our Fan Code of Conduct.
However, if a staff person must approach someone a second time
during a game for inappropriate behavior, the fan will be required
to leave Reliant Park property. Any fan acting in a disruptive
manner will be asked to leave immediately. Evicted guests are
not welcome to return for the remainder of the game and may be
subject to further disciplinary action, including the revocation of
season tickets. All season ticket holders are responsible for their
conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons
occupying their seats.

Found articles may be turned into any Guest Services Information

weekdays. Items will be held for 30 days.

if you should find a child that has been separated from his or
her group, please request assistance from the nearest staff
person or police officer. If outside of Reliant Stadium, please call
832.667.1400. You can also enroll your child or guest in the Track
Your Texan program (page 25).
Prohibited Items
For your safety and the continuity of the game on the field, the
following items are prohibited in Reliant Stadium: backpacks,
bags larger than 11” x 17”, beach balls, bottles, cans, containers,
coolers, fireworks, footballs brought in from outside, Frisbees,
illegal substances, laser pens, noisemakers, outside food and
beverages and weapons/firearms. Please note that this is not an
exhaustive list and other items may be prohibited from Reliant
Stadium if they are deemed, in the sole discretion of the Texans
or Stadium Management, to be dangerous or disruptive.
National Football League policy prohibits noisemakers from being
brought inside the Stadium. This includes, but is not limited to, all
horns, including air horns, cow bells and whistles. We reserve the
right to confiscate any item that does not adhere to this policy.
Although not a prohibited item, the Houston Texans and Reliant
Stadium request that you do not bring strollers into the Stadium,
as there is no place to store them and they pose a trip hazard
when left in aisles or seating areas. Umbrellas are permitted in
Reliant Stadium if they are small enough to be stored under your
seat during the game.
42
RELIANT STADIUM
POLICIES/PROCEDURES
Guests are not permitted to bring outside food, beverages,
thermoses, coolers, backpacks, bags or jugs into Reliant Stadium.
Childrens’ juice boxes, infant bottles and items necessary for
medical purposes are permitted.
RELIANT STADIUM POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Re-Entry into Reliant Stadium
Once you leave Reliant Stadium, you may not re-enter. In the
event of an emergency, please visit a Guest Services Information
Booth. Please note that the Go Texan Store and Budweiser Plaza
cannot be accessed from inside the Stadium until after the
first quarter.
Roof Policy
The roof will be open when the game time temperature is
projected to be between 50 and 80 degrees. The Texans goal for
implementing the “50-80 Rule” is to provide the most comfortable
environment possible to enjoy Houston Texans games. Please
note that the threat of rain will influence this decision, and
when there is a good chance of rain during a game, the roof
will be closed. Also, our parameters for late afternoon and
evening games may shift slightly because of the absence of
direct sunlight. However, we plan to use the general parameters
established with your input to make the roof position decision for
each game. Please visit HoustonTexans.com or call 832.667.1400
on gamedays to find out the roof decision.
Security
Suspicious activity, disruptive guests and guest-related problems
should be reported to a Guest Services Team Member or police
officer immediately. Uncooperative guests showing disregard for
Reliant Stadium or the Texans may be ejected from the facility.
Intoxicated fans will not be allowed into the Stadium. An ejected
guest is no longer welcome for the remainder of the game and
must vacate Reliant Stadium and the Reliant Park grounds. They
may not re-enter the building, even with a valid admission ticket.
Re-entry by an ejected guest is grounds for arrest.
Smoking
In consideration of health and comfort of others, smoking is not
permitted in the seating area or on the concourses. There are
designated smoking terraces located on all four sides of the Field
Level and the Verizon Club Level and also in each corner of the
Upper Level. Please note that although certain smoking terraces
may be closed during the game, others on the same level will
remain open.
