TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HYPPFLICKS PLUS VOUCHER
(“HyppTV Gila Movie Staff Campaign 2015”)
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH
THE REDEMPTION OF HYPPFLICKS PLUS VOUCHER. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE READ
TOGETHER WITH THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR UNIFI AND/OR STREAMYX
SUBSCRIPTION AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HYPPTV STAFF PACK SUBSCRIPTION.
1)
HYPPFLICKS PLUS VOUCHER
(i)
HyppFlicks Plus Voucher (“Voucher”) is a voucher redemption for Video on Demand (VOD) of selected
movie titles under the category of HyppFlicks Plus.
The Subscriber of UniFi VIP Staff Package or Streamyx Staff Package (“TM Staff Subscriber”) who
subscribes to HyppTV Staff Pack during the “HyppTV Gila Movie Staff Campaign 2015” period as
stated below will be entitled to be given with FOUR (4) Voucher(s).
An email will be sent to the Subscriber to request for the account details of his/her HyppTV Staff Pack
subscription. The Subscriber is required to provide the said information and necessary documents to the
campaign admin via email in order to be entitled for such Voucher(s).

In this terms and conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the following meaning:
“TM Staff Subscriber” means TM Staff who has subscribed to UniFi VIP Staff Package or Streamyx Staff
Package;
“Subscriber” means TM Staff Subscriber who has subscribed to HyppTV Staff Pack during the Campaign
Period.

CAMPAIGN PERIOD AND VALIDITY OF VOUCHER
(i)
The “HyppTV Gila Movie Staff Campaign 2015” will commence from 6th April 2015 until 22nd May 2015
only (“Campaign Period”).
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, TM reserves the right to change the end date of the Campaign
Period to an earlier or a later date.
The Voucher is valid to be redeemed from 6th April 2015 until 31st July 2015 only (“Validity Period”).
No discounts or rebates will be given during this Campaign Period and this Voucher is not valid in
conjunction with other promotions or discounts, unless stated otherwise by TM.

APPLICABILITY
(i)
The entitlement to Voucher(s) herein is applicable to the TM Staff Subscriber who has subscribed to
HyppTV Staff Pack during the Campaign Period only.
The redemption of Voucher(s) is applicable to VOD HyppFlicks Plus movie titles with the price from
RM10.00 or any other value as determined by TM from time to time.
Movie titles listed for Tuesday Movie Mania and or any other promotions title with price below
RM10.00 are EXCLUDED to be redeemed during this Validity Period.

VOUCHER REDEMPTION
(i)

The Voucher redemption is valid for any movie titles under the category of VOD HyppFlicks Plus only.
ONE [1] voucher is valid for ONE [1] VOD title.

The redemption value for one (1) Voucher is RM10.00.The price of VOD is subject to 6% GST.
Partial redemption is ONLY allowed if the movie title price is higher than the Voucher value.
E.g. If the price of VOD is RM15.00 and the value of Voucher is RM10.00, the balance of RM5.00 +6%
GST will be reflected in TM’s bill.
The system will NOT process the redemption of any movie title which is lower than the Voucher value
(RM10.00 and/or any other value stated by TM). The Subscriber is encouraged to purchase the said title
through a normal subscription.
The Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or with any other movie titles under other category or channel
on HyppTV.
The Subscriber may proceed with the redemption process by using the voucher code provided by the
campaign admin through email via HyppTV. Necessary instruction is available on HyppTV.

VIEWING PERIOD

The viewing period is 48 hours upon redemption.
No reimbursement will be granted if the Subscriber is unable to view the redeemed movie title(s) (whether
it is due to TM’s or Subscriber’s fault) within the stipulated viewing period.

CANCELLATION OF VOUCHER
Cancellation or replacement of Voucher is NOT allowed once the Subscriber has received a voucher code
via email notification or once the Subscriber has redeemed it via HyppTV.

DISCLAIMER
TM does not authorize anyone to make a warranty of any kind on its behalf and the Subscriber should not
rely on anyone making such statements. The Subscriber understands and agrees that TM does not make
any warranty of any kind, either expresses or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event TM will be liable to the Subscriber for any
direct, indirect, consequential or special damages whatsoever suffered by the Subscriber or any other
party relating in any way to the use or redemption of Voucher herein or pursuant to any activities
contemplated under these terms and conditions.
8)
AMENDMENTS AND VARIATION
TM reserves the rights to change, amend, delete or add on to these terms and conditions at any time
without prior written notice and the Subscriber hereby agrees to be bound by such amendment(s).
9)
EXTENSION TO THE UNIFI/STREAMYX AND HYPPTV STAFF PACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are in addition to the General Terms and Conditions for UniFi/Streamyx
available for viewing at www.tm.com.my and Terms and Conditions for HyppTV Staff Pack
Subscription. In the event of inconsistencies between these documents, the General Terms and
Conditions shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
