The KEEN Durand is built in our backyard at our Portland, Oregon,
factory. KEEN is proud to be a part of bringing footwear production back
to the U.S.A., in one of America’s most modern footwear factories. The
best, most innovative components are gathered from around the world
and assembled at our state-of-the-art facility, using a direct injection
construction process. It allows us to build high-quality, dependable and
comfortable products closer to market, supporting local communities.

The KEEN Durand’s PU midsole resists compacting over time, keeping its shock-absorbing qualities from the first step to the millionth and beyond.
This helps ensure long-lasting comfort, protection and stability throughout your adventures. The direct-injection sole construction uses just heat
and pressure, and no adhesives, allowing for increased flexibility in the forefoot. An integrated heel cushion locks into the insole, maximizing shock
absorption and enduring comfort.

KEEN is proud to be a part of bringing footwear production back to the U.S.A., in one of America’s most modern footwear factories. The components of
the product come from various corners of the world, and are assembled together in our Portland, Oregon, factory. Unfinished uppers are attached to the
midsole and outsole through a direct injection construction process. Final steps include inserting the insole, leather detailing and final finishing.
KEEN’s American Built products are the result of a commitment that allows us to be 100% devoted to quality, fit and comfort. Our Oregon factory
doubles as a learning and test center, where we put our technologies and designs through testing and trials. It enables us to deliver high-quality,
dependable and comfortable products closer to market, supporting local communities.
