Our goal at Unit assistant is to make you look great!
We want to show your unit members that you are on top of it!
Unit Assistant allows you to eliminate paper and computer work from your office. When this happens,
you can replace that time with Income Producing Activities. Our goal is to give you guilt free family
time. No more thinking, “I should be booking a class.” Each time you sit at your desk , you will be
able to focus on the important factors that help your business grow, THE PEOPLE.
MOVING PEOPLE, NOT PAPER!
When you concentrate on individuals, your unit numbers will grow and so will your people. This allows you to reach unit
goals much faster. With input from Directors, we have been able to develop a proven system of delegating all the things
that others can do for you. This allows you to earn more for your time. How much do you earn at a skin care class? $100
profit. Then your time is worth $50.00 a hour. We have heard over and over from Top Directors, “GET HELP,” and yet
we debate. Your future is at skin care classes, not sitting in the office creating things or doing tasks. Let us handle the petty
jobs so you can make the dollars and be able to have a greater impact on helping women become all they are created to be.
We are trained for your needs. Unit Assistant has 20 years combined Mary Kay training.
No need to take time out of your busy schedule to train us, nor do we use your computer, or energy.

E-card Service. You will have a special word template designed just for you.
When you add Unit Assistant to your staff, we will communicate with your unit using two forms of communication. E-mail and a
physical mailing to follow it up. Each service has an e-card that matches the post card. We send them for FREE to your unit
members. Templates have been carefully designed with just the right wording to help you develop a strong unit.
Ex: E-card goes to Mary Smith on 6/1. On that same day, you will get an email stating that it went out. That will also be a sign
that a physical card or post card was mailed to her.

Special gift service
We send out special gifts to your Top Unit members.
Top 10 consultants will receive a post card that shows where they rank in the Top 10.
Depending on unit size, 1-5 consultants will receive a gift each month.
There are 3 different services that Unit Assistant currently offers with this gift service.
Top 10 Club Monthly ~ Top 10 wholesale orders from last month.
Top 10 Club YTD Sales ~ Recognizing your year to date sales consultants (this projects wholesale orders for the year)
Top 5 Club Court of Sharing ~ Recognizing your consultants that are building your unit.
Each gift package has a CD, a product sample, and some goodies all dressed up in a cute little gift bag.
At the beginning of each quarter, it will always be an up and coming new product sample with a copy of the new Look Book.

Simple K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Sweetie) Newsletter– Counts as 2 service points
No Input from you needed- This can be done without the director having to do anything. It will not be personalized with consultant Pictures
This was designed for the Director that is not doing or is limited on her time to do a newsletter. Predesigned Template, Monthly related graphics,
Training, motivation and MK Challenges. Kiss Newsletter is developed with current stats after the months download is done. It will contain YTD
sales and recruiting totals, commission check totals, Consultant level status from Sr to DIQ’s. It will also contain 1-2 pages of company
information. You may add two personalized pages in a pdf format. Newsletter will be posted to our site for your approval
Advanced Newsletter - Counts as 4 service points
Newsletter- It will be personalized with consultant pictures.
Pre-designed template, eye catching graphics, This was designed for the Director that would like to add some recognition with
pictures. Newsletter is developed with current stats after the months download is done. It will contain YTD sales and recruiting
totals, commission check totals, Consultant level status from Sr. consultant to Director in Qualifications. It will also contain 1-2
pages of company information. Customized with Unit Name, Unit Goals, Pictures for Queen of Sales, Queen of Wholesale, Queen
of Recruiting. Option for a picture page send 5-8 photos ( sent via email) with caption you would like beneath it. Calendar option ~
taken from marykay intouch calendar dates ~ You may add two personalized pages in a pdf format.

2.Newsletter Distribution
Newsletter E-Mailed
We will post your newsletter to our web-site. Then will insert the front page of the
newsletter into your MK e-cards, sending it to your entire base via email. They
can click on a link to see the Newsletter in full. This can help eliminate having to
keep your e-mail directory up to date. We use the current data base in your Mary
Kay Intouch . Unit Newsletter emailed ~ 2 pts
Newsletter Text Options
We will text your newsletter to your personal cell phone. You will then be able to
share it out to your entire unit by forwarding the clickable link to your unit
members cell phones. This allows them to get your newsletter by text message.
You do have to forward it from your cell phone to theirs. Unit Newsletter text
messaged ~ 2 pts
Facebook Posting ~ 2 service points
Choose to upload your Unit Newsletter or Customer Newsletter to your facebook
page. We will post to your page for you. You may choose to post one or both.
Newsletter Front page color option ~ 2 service points
Choose to deliver your Newsletter with just your front page in color.
Birthday & Anniversary communication
3. Birthday Cards ~ E-Card sent out day of birthday also-Options for service points

Post card designed for your consultants last month of active status. It is a reminder post card.
Mailing includes: all A3 consultants, post card, mailing label with your picture and postage.
Inactive First month Post Cards (I 1’s) ~ E-Card also sent to I 1’s-1 service point
A post card mails for this status, letting consultants know they are at an inactive level. Post card is printed with a
sample order, for $225-$400 wholesale showing them that with a $400 wholesale order they will receive a bonus item
from Mary Kay. Mailing includes: All I1 consultants, post card, mailing label with your picture and postage.
Inactive Second month Post Card (I2’s) ~ E-Card also sent to I 2’s-1 service point
A post card mails for this status, letting consultants know they are at an inactive level. Post card is printed with a

them how to place an order and that they will lose any consultants that they have if no order is placed.
Mailing includes: All T1 consultants, post card, mailing label with your picture and postage.
Thank You Post Cards (A2’s) ~ E-Card also sent to all $225 and up orders-1 service point
Thank you post card goes out to each A2 consultant that placed an order last month. The post card allows you to give
them recognition for ordering and praises them for their success. Plus, it includes the current PCP schedule on it.
Mailing includes: All A2 consultants, post card, mailing label with your picture and postage.
Consistency Club Post Card (A2’s) ~ E-Card sent to all Unit members– post card sent to all A2 consultants 2pt service
Mailing includes: All A2 consultants, post card, mailing label with your picture and postage.
Plus tracking and gift mailing. Gifts are at the cost of the director.
Star Consultant On- Target Post Cards ~
E-Card also sent to all consultants in unit.-1 service point
3 Different post-card mailings per quarter. Mailing includes: Post card, mailing label with your picture and postage.
1st On Target Post Card (Sent April, July, Oct, Jan) E card to any Unit member that placed a order in the quarter
with tips on how to be a star All members at $400 wholesale and up get star on-target
post card.
2nd On Target Post Card (Sent May, Aug, Nov, Feb) E card to any Unit member that placed a order in the quarter
with tips on how to be a star All members at $400 wholesale and up get star on-target
post card.
3rd On Target Post Card (Sent March, June, Sept, Dec.) E cards ~ Lets them know time is running out for the
quarter. All members at $400 wholesale and up get star on-target post card.
Star Congratulations at the end of Quarter ~ 1 service point
E-Card to complete unit, giving recognition to your top Star Consultants
Mailing includes: Star Certificate, a star ribbon and a starburst candy all in a fun envelope,
mailing label with your picture and postage.
6.Last Month Correspondence
Last Month to place an order ~ E-Card also to all last month to order consultants-Options for service points

A) Packet: (Counts as 2 service points) Mailing includes: A personal letter inviting her back and sharing how
much she was missed, a sample and a Look Book, and a mailing label with your picture. ** Due to each zip code and

8.New Consultant Options
Husband Post Card ~ 1 service point
Special welcome post card to New Mary Kay Consultant’s husband. Welcoming her and giving him some top hints
on how to help with her success. New consultants are checked for each Monday.
(Please forward the e-mail the company sends you to unitassistant@sbcglobal.net . Then we will then know ahead of time, and get the post card right out.)
New Consultant Post Cards ~ 1 service point
E-Card at the start to welcome them. Then an E-Card at the end to let them know they are finished with the first 6 weeks.

Terms of Agreement: The enrollment term is a term of 3 months, then month to month basis. Cancellation
fee of $100 to be applied if no 30 day notice given, 30 days within the next billing date. There is a one time
set up fee of $125.00 to be applied on your order date. Unit Size is determined monthly on the 10th of
the month. Billing is based on actual unit size at that time.
